Music&Entertainment: [EventPlanner]willprocureanyandallmusicandentertainment.

BreakDown/CleanUp: [Event Planner]will ensure clean up staff isontimeandhas everything clearedfromthe venuebythetimestatedinthecontract.

Terms&Agreement

Under this agreement, the [Company's Name] hire [Event Planners Name] as their Event Planner and event coordinator for their event scheduled on [Month Day,Year].

ExplanationofServices

PerformanceofServices

[Event Planner] shallarriveat the Eventlocation atanagreedupontimetomeetthe vendors at least three hours prior to start of ceremony. [Companys Name]

understand andagreethat [EventPlanner] shall not be responsible or heldliablein the event [Event Planner] is prohibited from providing Event day services due to illness, hospitalization, auto accident, transportation breakdown/disruption, traffic difficulties,actsofGodsuchashurricanesorinclementweatherorotherunforeseen incapacitationor othercause ofnonarrival on the day of theEvent.[EventPlanner] will make every attemptto notify [CompanysName] andto providefor a substitute Event Consultant who can provide services if time and resources permit. In any event, [Company Name], their agents and assigns shall NOTbeheldliable for any compensation or any damages (including punitive) due to nonperformance ofany service resulting from such incapacitations, nonarrival, errors and/or omissionsof anytype.

PaymentandBillingSchedule
[Companys Name]agreetopay[EventPlanner]a totalof$____forthe servicesprovided. This signed agreementalongwithanonrefundableretainerfee ordepositintheamountof $______ to [Event Planner] is required to reserve your Event date. The deposit will be subtracted from the total payments owed by [Companys Name] upon completion of the services. The remaining balance of $______ is due on [Month Date, Year], two weeks before the Event date. In the event that the balance is not paid in full at leasttwoweeks before theEventdate,thereservation isreleasedandotherclientswillhavetheopportunity to reserve it. If the Event location ismore than ____ miles awayfrom[Office Location], a total of$______will beduetotheEventPlannertwoweeksbeforetheEventdatetocover travel expenses. [Companys Name] are responsible for paying for vendor products and services in full and accepts responsibility for purchasing items needed for the Event ceremony and reception. If [CompanysName]request anyspecialprovisionsor services from [Event Planner], these details shallbe submittedin writingno later thanthree weeks prior to theEvent date. Thedetailsandfeestructure will then be noted inanaddendumto thisagreement.

ExpenseReimbursement
Allexpensesincurredby[EventPlanner]duringtheperformanceofthisAgreementshallbe the sole responsibility of [CompanysName] provided, however, those expensesalready agreed upon by both parties to be the responsibility of [Companys Name]. If other expenses arise during [Event Planners] performance of this agreement, [Event Planner]

shallobtainpriorconsentof[CompanysName]before[EventPlanner]canbereimbursed. *RunninganyEventrelatederrandsisnotincluded

Term
[Companys Name]and [EventPlanner] agree thatthisagreement shall commenceonthe abovedateandterminateon[MonthDay,Year]. Amendment This agreementmay bemodifiedoramendedinwriting,ifthewritingissignedbytheparty obligatedundertheamendment.

GoverningLaw
ThisagreementshallbegovernedbythelawsoftheStateof[State]. Notice Any notice or communication required or permitted under this agreement shall be sufficientlygiven if deliveredin person or by certified mail, return receipt requested,to the address set forth in the beginning of this agreement or such other address as one party mayhavefurnishedtotheotherinwriting. WaiverofContractualRight Thefailure of either party to enforceanyprovisionofthisagreementshallnot beconstrued as a waiver of limitation of that partys right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliancewitheveryprovisionofthisagreement. Conditions

[Company'sName]isresponsibleforselectingallvendors. [Companys Name] is accountable for directlypaying all vendorsin fullfor services and/orproducts. [Companyname]doesnotholdresponsibilityforvendorservicesand/orproducts. [Companys Name] must provide the Event Planner a complete list of vendor

names, vendor contact information and schedule at least three weeks before the Eventdateoratthemomentthiscontractissigned. [Event Planner] releases all photographs, videos or otherrecording media in which theEventPlannerisin,orapartof,inanymannerorforanypurposetheywish. [Companys Name] releases all photographs of them, the ceremony site and reception site on the Event Planners website for viewing. [Companys Name] acknowledges that this is for promotional purposes only and do not expect any compensationofanykind.Thereshallbenoexpirationperiodforthispermission. In the eventthatalawsuittranspiresthelosing partywillpaythewinning parties legal fees,courtcostsandattorneyfees.
