Execute commercial business planning in the organization by engaging all stakeholders and providing them guidance for finalization of business plans. Gather bottom-ups from Sales and prepare final business plans in line with companys strategy. Plan includes volume forecasts, pricing, product portfolio, DME and CAPEX. Provide required input for annual, short term and long range plans. This role includes Monitoring of BP KBIs (ND & WD Conversion, DME, CAPEX, ACID TEST Availability) Establish OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price & Channel) architecture Define clear roles and occasions for each brand and package. Establish a real connection between KO products with shoppers need and enhance Shelf Confidence by focusing on occasion and defining package roles across channels and exploring price elasticity options. Perform a SWOT analysis on competitors and analyze their marketing strategies (with regards to OBPPC). Drive Revenue Growth Management Define and plot highest value and volume packs, occasions and channels for monetary and volume growth in the light of available insights for industry, products, customer, shopper and consumer. Drive Segmentation Strategy Place a robust segmentation strategy (VPO, SEC, Channels) for regions and channels to improve segmented execution in a simpler but effective way. Implement Global Best Practices

Study and implement global best practices related to marketing initiatives, shopper opportunities, brand/pack and channel growth strategies, chilled space expansion and market assets management. Implement global customer and commercial leadership best practices and marketing operational excellence initiatives.

Executive Director-Food Bank Karachi, Pakistan One (1) A Leading Social Enterprise Male Pakistan Food Bank (PFB) aim is to mobilize resources to fight hunger across Pakistan by sourcing and acquiring food for distribution to those in need. To fulfill this mission, PFB will work in collaboration with community based organizations and the community at large to target food insecurity, hunger, malnutrition while being cognizant of not creating food dependencies. Board of Directors Minimum Bachelors degree from a Foreign University/Top Pakistani Institution Minimum 10 years of work experience The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the Food Bank of Pakistan. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the organizations consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. In Program Development and Administration, the Executive Director will: Assure that the organization has a long-range strategy which achieves its mission, and toward which it makes consistent and timely progress. Provide leadership in developing programs, organizational, and financial plans with the Board of Directors and staff, and carry out plan and policies authorized by the Board. Promote active and broad participation by volunteers in all areas of the organizations work. Maintain official records and documents, and ensure the food bank is in legal compliance with local and national government. Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the various fields represented by the food banks work.

In Communications, the Executive Director will:

See that the Board is kept fully informed on the condition of the agency and important factors influencing it. Notify President of the Board of Directors of times of absence and designate a staff member responsible for operations during absence. Publicize the activities of the Food Bank of Pakistan. Establish sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements with corporations, community groups and individual supporters. Represent the programs and mission of the Food Bank of Pakistan to agencies, organizations, and the public. In Relation to Staff, the Executive Director will:

Be responsible for the recruitment, employment, and release of all personnel, both paid staff and volunteers. Ensure that job descriptions are developed, regular performance evaluations held, and sound human resource practices are in place. See than an effective management team is in place. Encourage staff and volunteer development and education, and assist program staff in relating their specialized work to the total program of Food Bank Pakistan. Maintain a climate that attracts, keeps, and motivates a diverse staff of top quality people. In Budget and Finance, the Executive Director will: Be responsible for developing and maintaining sound guidelines. Ensure that adequate funds are available to permit financially sound practices. Maintain direct involvement in development efforts in addition to overseeing staff engaged in development activities. Work with staff, Finance Committee, and the Board in preparing a budget and sees that the organization operates within budget to carry out its work. With the President and Secretary of the Board of Directors, conduct official correspondence and, with designated officers, execute legal documents. Hands on sales experience with large network and credit and references for closing large accounts in the B2B Telecom market. Excellent Team Leadership and Interpersonal skills, Effective presentation skills.

Ability to take on pressure of handling a distributed sales team to achieve targets given by senior management. Good grooming and superior skills in English communication (both verbal and written). MBA from university or a reputable business school in Pakistan or foreign university. Prior Engineering Background in ISP, Engineering, and/or Telecom would be a plus. In case of third party consultancy, the project manager will develop TORs and work in tandem with the consultants to ensure timely and meaningful study is undertaken. Reach out to and collaborate with various stakeholders involved with the project including, but not limited to, CBOs, NGOs, retailers, restaurants, donors, media/marketing agencies, community & individuals at large.
