INTRODUCTION Hydraulic system apply fluids/oils to generate force and motion. Hydraulic are used wisely in construction area and known as mobile hydraulic. In modern production industries, hydraulic was apply as a working system for heavy process such as puncing, stamping, and metal cutting. In mobile hydraulic system, it is used to move on wheels such as forklift and bullzoder. A characteristic for mobile hydraulic is that the system normally control by manual and beside that the stationary hydraulic system control by a selenoid or electrical devices.

c) The working procedure of the circuit Metering In When push button is pressed, the oil will flow through pump from the tank. After that, the lever is pushed and the direct control valve will move right side. The oil will flow to one way flow control valve adjustable. Here, the oil pressure will control by one way flow control valve adjustable. Then, oil will flow to double cylinder acting and the cylinder wills extent. Lever is released the cylinder will retract and the oil will return to tank. Metering Out When push button is pressed, the oil will flow through pump from the tank. After that, the lever is pushed and the direct control valve will move right side. The oil will flow through directional control valve to the cylinder and the cylinder will extent. When the lever is released, the D.C.V will move to the left side and the oil flow to one way flow control valve adjustable. Here, the pressure will control by one way flow control valve adjustable to control the movement cylinder during retract.

d) The advantages and disadvantages of metering in and metering out

Metering In Advantages 1. Used to push a heavy load Disadvantages 1. Jerking movements and the cylinder will cause the load to fall during operation 2. The load will fall down because the movement of cylinder very fast.

2. Fast movement of cylinder 3. Reduce operations time

Metering Out Advantages 1. Avoid jerking movement 2. Can bring hanging load because the movement of cylinder is slow. Then, the load cannot fall down. Disadvantages 1. The movement of cylinder will slow 2. The time of operation is long.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION Our conclusion is we can understand hydraulic circuit interpretation technic. For example, we know the position of directional control valve and the cycle of the circuit. We know how to construct accurately and can arrange the component of hydraulic circuit systematically. Besides that, we can identify hydraulic components such double acting cylinder, flow control valve adjustable, 4/2 way D.C.V manually actuated, pressure relief valve, pump, filter, tank and their usages. We also can make a complete numbering system circuit for each component. After that, we can make a connection of hydraulic circuit and test the circuit. During the testing circuit we can analyze metering in and metering out circuit. Metering in, the oil will control by flow control valve adjustable before flow to cylinder while also metering out is the oil in cylinder will control by flow control valve adjustable. For our recommendation, there are components that have been damaged mixed with the component that can work. Components should be separated so that students do not use these components to build the circuit. Components need to be replaced with new components so that students can use enough components to build the circuit mainly used by many groups.
