2 Levelling Feet Range

Specify your own levelling feet

GMT offer a wide variety of combinations of levelling feet for customers to specify. Spindles can be combined with every type of threaded foot plate.*

4 Levelling Feet Range

Foot Plates

GMT offer a wide range of foot plate sizes and materials. The spindels shown on pages 10 to 13 can be mated with any foot plate to provide the required combination of levelling foot. Parts are normally available from stock to ensure quick availability.

Material

GMT foot plates are available in re-inforced polyamide, high quality zinc alloy, steel or stainless steel (AISI 304). The sound absorbing rubber material is oil and water resistant to ensure product longevity in cases of contamination of the foot plates.

Properties

GMT foot plates have been designed for loads up to 500, 900, 1000 and 3000 daN. T he soun d absorbin g/ damping rubber material has a hardness of 70 Shore A.

6 Levelling Feet Range

GMT offer a wide range of footplate sizes and materials. The spindels shown on pages 10 to 14 can be mated with any foot plate to provide the required combination of levelling foot. Parts are normally available from stock to ensure quick availability.

GMT foot plates are available in re-inforced polyamide, high quality zinc alloy, steel or stainless steel (AISI 304). 8 Levelling Feet Range

Foot Plates

GMTs new stainless steel foot plates have a unique sealed ball/articulation connection. This guarantees optimum hygiene by way of a sealed couple foot. As a result, these leveling feet are particularly well suited to environments containing food or special chemicals. Available in 60, 80 and 100mm sizes, these footplates can be combined with a wide range of spindles. (refer pages 10 to 13)

Material

The steel ring reinforced polyamide foot plates ensure high strength. Sound damping material inserts are available on request.

Properties

GMT self-aligning foot plates can simply be changed into fixed foot plates upon tightening. The heavy duty foot plates can be loaded with as much as 4500daN.

The applied material has been carefully chosen and has been tested successfully to provide a secure level of fixing and good quality fit. End Caps are also available which are roundrefer to page 23 for further information about these.

GMT Square End Caps are made of reinforced polyamide with a brass insert and provide for high quality and part longevity.

Properties

GMT Square End Caps can be used for loads up to 550, 600 or 1000daN depending on the size selected.
