U.S. Navy – National Security Agency Georgia, December 2005 – May 2009
- Deputy Division Chief Combating Proliferation Division, Led team of 36 personnel from junior
military to more senior civilian analysts. Provided essential technical insight and solid
engineering support ensuring quality production of technical reports on vital national security
issues. Produced finished product intelligence reports and briefed senior management as well as
visiting VIP’s as to mission priorities and future plans. Streamlined training and travel budget and
schedule leading to a 30% savings. Expanded customer base and worked to bring about new
partnerships to aid in both intelligence and scientific analysis. Led successful effort to expand
access and increase resources yielding new target insights and expanded team responsibilities.
- Operations Watch Officer, Oversaw site operations and supervised 150+ multi-service, civilian,
and multi-national personnel in SIGINT collection, processing, and time-sensitive reporting and
force protection operations in CENTCOM and EUCOM areas. Trained 9 junior officers and
ensured proper maintenance of facilities as well as operational compliance with all regulations.
Personally prepared and conducted over 200 site operations briefings, advising senior leadership
of all pertinent systems and intelligence issues.
- Assistant Department Head Command Training Department, Oversaw training program for over
800 naval personnel assigned to command. Worked in joint support environment to site
language center providing language related support and training to multi-faceted workforce.
Effectively revamped command indoctrination and check-in process to ensure efficient and
accurate process for all new arrivals.

- Administration Officer, Navy Marine Corps Relief Society, was responsible for daily schedule
coordination of counselors as well as processing all incoming personnel intake paperwork.

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, June 2002 – Sep 2002


- Research Intern under DOE ERULF program performed Nuclear Shielding optimization
calculations for HOMER nuclear reactor system using MCNP4 and MCNP Visual Editor.
Consulted with industry experts and independent research to determine suitable materials for
extraterrestrial operation based on material properties.
