THE AQUILON ®
Medium & Premium Range
AN INNOVATIVE CONCEPT
DESCRIPTION
The Aquilon® range is an innovative and patented rigid fence concept made up
of welded panels, posts and fixing clips.This patented system allows perfect adaptation
(to the millimetre) to the land without any unsightly stair effect. It is based on the
system of fixing the panel to the post by inserting clips in the post’s grooves.
With its quality materials, guaranteed finish, adapted security levels and successful
installation concept among professionals, this range will perfectly suit any
of your projects.
More than 30 panel/post combinations are possible, with numerous options available,
fixing, security and installation accessories detailed in the following pages.
APPLICATION
The Aquilon ® range is recommended for numerous applications: from houses
in rural areas to high security sites exposed to corrosion, an adapted ASSETS

The Aquilon® Premium panels benefit from the Long Life Technology: a
unique plastic coating technology, applied to a galvanised panel according
to the NF EN 10244-2 standard; this coating allows us to offer a 10-year
warranty per installation, for a durable investment.

Light, handy and easy to install panels that are suitable for
residential use, in rural or urban areas.
APPLICATION
The characteristics of the Medium panels mean they are particularly suited to private
individuals: they are light and handy and are supplied in lengths of 2m to facilitate
transport and handling. With standard thickness plastic coating, these panels are an
economical alternative to Premium panels.
DESCRIPTION
Ecocity, Zéphyr III and Eurus are green, plastic coated, galvanised steel welded panels.
The fence is installed on flat or uneven land, on an existing low wall or paving, by
sealing into the ground or onto a plate. They are available in lengths of 2m or 2m50
with meshes of 100 or 200 x 55mm, in 4 or 5mm Ø wire. They should be installed
with the Aquilon® posts and the fixing clips or with the Aquigraf® posts and Fixograf®.
They are packed in pallets of 60 panels.

The Aquilon ® Atlantis ® 21 Premium panel is mainly used in residential areas,
to enclose a property, delimit an area of several houses or buildings; it is also
used to enclose administrative sites (commercial offices, rural office sites).

DESCRIPTION
Atlantis® 21 Premium is a 2.50m long welded panel made of plastic coated galvanised
steel wire Ø 5mm, with high protection provided by the Long Life Technology process
(see page 4).
The fence can be installed either on a flat or uneven ground, on an existing low wall
or paving, by sealing it to the ground or a plate. The panel deflection is of 62mm for
a load of 100kg on the panel centre. 2 to 3 folds (according to the height) strengthen
the panel rigidity. Packaging : 50 panels/pallet. Mesh 200x55mm, Wire Ø 5mm.

The unique feature of this panel is the association of two wire diameters (5 or 6mm
for vertical wires and 6 or 8mm for horizontal wires), and in addition it has no folds.
Its length is of 2.50m. It is made of plastic coated, galvanised steel wires with
high protection provided by the Long Life Technology process (see page 3).
The fence can be installed either on a flat or uneven ground, by sealing it to the
ground or a plate.
The Double wire 5&6mm panel deflection is of 62mm for a load of 100kg

Aquilon® Accessories and options
DESCRIPTION
CORNER CHANNEL : the corner channel allows the realisation of 90°
angles and also allows starts from existing walls or gate posts. It is available
in Aluminium, clip able for aluminium posts, or in steel for steel posts,
directly welded to the post or to be riveted.
It is either sold by linear metre, according to the fence above-ground

dimensions, or by unit, already fitted to the post, by specially ordering an
Angle post.
PLATE : the plate allows the fence to be installed on paving, a low wall
or any other existing rigid support.
3 types of plates are available :
- the plate welded to the post (square of 12x12cm)
- the mobile aluminium plate made of 2 parts (for Atlantis steel post only,
and panel H<1.50m), which necessitates drilling the post and fixing
it with 3 supplied screws. It can be stored without the posts.
- The belt plate, which allows the post (Atlantis or Standard steel) to be
installed against the wall. 2 plates and 4 belts per post.
TOP RAIL:
Protection for Atlantis® 21 and Standard panels: this plastic coated,
galvanised steel top rail of 2.50m length is particularly recommended for
schools and areas for young children. It is made of folded profiles and is to
be fitted onto the upper spikes of the panel. It is then blocked in the post
channel. It helps to protect against injuries and gives an aesthetic final
touch to the fence.
Reinforcement for Double wire panels : the reinforcement top rail
for 5&6 or 6&8mm double wire panels is made of galvanised steel
and is plastic coated. It is recommended to improve the flatness of the
panels, which are more flexible for not having folds; by providing more
tension to the upper part, the top rail facilitates the installation of the
panels and their alignment.

Aquilon® Range
DELIMIT CRANKED TOP : The cranked top is an additional protective
PROTECT device which is fitted as an extension of the Aquilon ® posts.

industrial, military, storage sites etc to prevent trespassing. It is installed at the top of
the fence post to form an interior, exterior or Y angle superior or equal to 45°
and is 50cm long.
Between two cranked tops, panels for cranked tops or barbed wire lines can be filled
with networks of Concertina razor blades to make the fence even more
discouraging.
3 types of mobile cranked tops are available : in Aquilon® Atlantis or Standard post ;
in Aquilon® Security post ; in 50 corner iron for steel Security post (welded cranked
tops upon quotation).
An inter cranked top allows 90° angles to ensure continuity.
DELIMIT CONCERTINA RAZOR BLADE : The Concertina razor blade

PROTECT is to be installed in addition to a fence in at-risk or
DISCOURAGE sensitive sites: its cutting aspect prevents trespass or escape.

The Concertina razor blade network is a stainless steel strip cut out
as a selvage in a blade shape and set onto a high resistance steel wire
(1400 Newton) ; this wire is resistant to cutting with ordinary tools. These strips are
set as a network: the turns are stapled together with a high resistance steel staple.
The rich galvanised or stainless steel 304 networks have an extended length of
10 to 15m depending on the diameter (from 450 to 980mm). The Concertina razor
blade is to be installed at the bottom of the fence, on the fence or on the upper part
of the cranked tops.
The Concertina razor blade is also available in tape (wire with razor blades), and is to
be installed as barbed wire.
DELIMIT AQUIWOOD KIT : Aquiwood is a privacy/wind-breaker

The Tivano® railing is a first class traditional fence solution which offers maximum

Round Tivano® Rectangular Tivano® rectangular, square or round bars and fitted with a patented fastening system.

DESCRIPTION
The Welded fence is made of welded horizontal or vertical wires. The mesh is first
galvanised, then plastic coated.
This kind of fence features a “crimp” on all horizontal wires in the middle of each
mesh, to enhance the global tension on the structure. It also helps water outflow
instead of slugging at the wire crossings, improving meanwhile resistance to
corrosion.
The welded fence comes into 25m or rolls 50m and must be installed
on flat or light sloping grounds.

DESCRIPTION
The Paturage® Fence is made up of knotted rectangular links. It is assembled by rolling
up vertical wires around each horizontal wire. Spaces between horizontal wires
decreases from top to bottom : meshes are thus larger in the upper section and
become progressively narrower in the lower section of the fence.The graduated mesh
allows different sizes animals to remain in the same enclosure : sheep, poultry, ponies,
pigs, calves, cows, etc…
The vertical and horizontal wires are 1.9mm in diameter, and edge wires
(upper and lower horizontal wire) are 2.4mm in diameter.
Paturage® is available in two different versions: “Heavy Galvanised” or Aluminium-zinc
coated (life span twice as long as the heavy galvanised version).

The Trigone® hexagonal mesh fence is made of woven steel wires. The mesh is hot dip

Posts and Struts are used as to support the metal wire netting. The Struts reinforce
the resistance of starting posts and corner posts on high lengths.
DESCRIPTION
There are 2 types of posts: the T posts (T-shaped) installed every 2.50m and the
Corner posts (L-shape) for corner and ends.
Several coatings are available: heavy galvanisation, green plastic coating on raw posts,
green or white plastic coating on galvanised posts.
Posts and Struts are pre-drilled with Ø 8mm holes for passage of straining wires.

APPLICATION
Stainless steel mesh have decorative and protection purposes, as well inside as
outside. It is especially used for filling in guard rails, metal shutters, stained glass
windows, wall hangings or shading devices. Stainless steel is an aesthetic and durable
material, which is very much in use in architecture and design.
DESCRIPTION
The flat or round stainless steel wires are woven into a flexible mesh, held by a rod
and welded on ends, depending on the models.
INSTALLATION
Two main installation modes may be used:
. Stainless steel cables Ø 6mm or rounds are run through the suspension eyelets
welded on the rod ends, and then fixed with turnbuckles. Eye bolts are added for
tension. They are inserted in the rods then screwed in the pre-drilled side structure
of the guard rail.
. The mesh is fixed into a L profile, and then held in place by a counter flat with a bolt
and a cap nut.

Handrail stringers are provided with fittings.
A PVC cover that cannot be disassembled is clipped to the stringer; it hides all power
cables (e.g. for lighting) and gives a modern and homogeneous aspect to the product.
This unique handrail emphasises local sports equipments, offering aesthetics,
modularity and perfect integration.
Assorted openings are available; with 180° opening, you can easily drive lawn mowers

Handrails provide separation between a field and a spectator area; they also give

BALL TOP FENCE
APPLICATION
The catch ball fence makes it possible to retain the balls within the boundaries of a
sports field or playground. It is generally used for outdoor football, rugby or basketball
fields or on multi-sports fields.
DESCRIPTION
The catch ball fence is a specific protective assembly including: Aquilon® posts to
embed, a mesh or Aquilon® panels at the bottom, and netting at the top (or for the
whole of the fence). Specific items are used to block, fix, tighten and reinforce the
device.
The catch ball fence has the assets of the Aquilon® range: a patented concept, robust
posts, solid fixtures, and an aesthetic and modern design.
A guying system has been designed to increase resistance when the straight line is
higher than 50m. Post sections are designed according to the french Snow and Wind
rules of Zone 2, in nominal values and on standard sites (Upon request for zones 3,
4 and 5).
The catch ball fence infill depends on the distance with the field and the practised
sports: usually, the closer the field, the more shock absorbent the infill must be. We
recommend using heavy panels at the bottom to absorb shocks efficiently. On the
upper part, the netting depends on the type of sports practised on the field.

The stadium fence prevents spectator intrusion onto the field during a match. It can
be fitted with a manual or automatic opening system to quickly evacuate panicked
spectators.
LIPPI's stadium fences have been installed in numerous stadiums, in France and
abroad. These include: Stade de France, Lille Stadium, Gerlan Stadium in Lyon,
Bordeaux Stadium, CAN Stadium (African Nations Cup) 2002 in Mali, Faro Stadium
in Portugal for Euro 2004...
The stadium fence complies with the size and resistance recommendations and
requirements set by the football organisations (FIFA, UEFA, FFF).
DESCRIPTION
The stadium fence is made up of one single panel with 2 or 3 meshes according to
the height and the Aquilon® Security posts to embed, held in place by tying clips and
security nuts. An assorted meshed pedestrian gate gives access between stands or to
the field.
The stadium fence has the assets of the Aquilon® range: a patented concept, robust
posts, solid fixtures, and an aesthetic and modern design.
The whole fence is galvanised for higher quality and coated with plastic, in green or
white as standard, and in other colours upon request.

must be equipped with a standardised safety device to prevent drowning"; The
Decorella® swimming pool fence is an excellent value-for-money solution of certified
barriers for the protection of private or collective swimming pools. The Decorella®
swimming pool fence complies with the NF P90 306 standard for "Protective barriers
and means of access".
With its quality and design, it is an ideal solution for users requiring an economical

DESCRIPTION
Decorella® is made of plastic coated, galvanised steel panels of vertical wires Ø 8mm.

The Tennis Kit is a specific and complete fence for standard tennis courts of 36x18m
(simple or double courts). It is for private use or for local communities.
DESCRIPTION
The tennis fence is sold in kit form and includes all the necessary assembly items; it
comprises intermediate posts, struts, access doors, chain link infill wire netting and
assembly accessories. For double courts, a handrail kit allows the division of the two
courts.
For collective installations, it is recommended to install the tennis kit in compliance
with the FFT (French Tennis Federation) standards.

Screen panels are security items, welded around a frame to control the access to a
machine and for locksmithing, etc.
DESCRIPTION
The screen panel is a square meshed corrugated fence; the corrugated wires are
woven into a rigid panel with square links.

TEMPORARY FENCE PROTECT

APPLICATION
The temporary fence is an economical, efficient and temporary way of restricting
access to a building site.
DESCRIPTION
The temporary fence is made up of three main elements: the panel, the pedestrian
gate and the PVC or concrete block.
The panels are made up of 2 or 4 welded tubes; the wires are of high resistance hard
steel, galvanised according to the NF EN 10244-2 standard.
The pedestrian gate is fitted with a castor and a hinge for opening.
The panels are assembled with hooks holding the fence and decreasing the assembly
time.
The posts are inserted in the 39kg concrete block (stability) or the 21kg plastic block
(easy to handle) – One more block than the number of panels should be planned in
the relative quotation.
Steel plates are also available to replace the concrete block (15 kg, small dimensions)
To prevent intrusion in the protected perimeter, it is recommended to use the anti-
vandalism collar with the anti-lift system.
The strut is recommended when using the protection corner, (which increases the
wind factor), to improve stability; it is fixed to the panel with an anti-vandalism collar
and to the ground with the ground rod or the plate ballasted with a concrete block.
NB: PACKAGING:
Steel or plastic racks are also available to store the fences when not in use and to

facilitate carriage (for 14 panels).
