In this timeline, the author shows how schools have changed since the 1600's all the way up until today. I was able to use this because my topic stretched from the 1800's to today. This was helpful to me because that was what my research paper covered. I needed to show what schools were like in my paper and who had the right to go.

I used this website because it told of education for African Americans. This was helpful to me because I needed to learn about blacks' right to get an education and when they got that right. Since it was only a student, I said it was a secondary source. I still used the source because I needed to learn about segregation to see its effects on black education. This cite was helpful because of its information.

This was helpful because I could look at the education heading and it would tell me when they were able to go to school.
