Responsibilities:

Dealt with customers independentlyand reported to team leader. Worked directly with brands Tema (Turkish), A&F & Old Navy (American) and with stitching factories separately.

Communicated with customers via e-mail and telecom and answered all their quires on daily basis.

Took customer orders directly after seasonal sampling and observed the reports personally till the completion of orders.
