Introduction
This work pack details the tasks proposed for the Fire Zone 8PNM. The purpose of these works is to remove notifications and anomalies on the structure, and to prevent further corrosion of the asset. As per the Campaign Methodology Document (CMD), work involved in this Fire Zone has been highlighted as a high priority.
The survey for 8PNM has been completed by use of R2S and photographs taken offshore. The survey identified 5 jobs to be completed all requiring traditional scaffold access. Work method involved is set out in the CMD and shall be adhered to at all times.
The following revision reference is used to identify the progress of the work pack involved: Rev A Initial edit for review and comment Rev B Preconstruction review Rev C Final signed work pack issued prior to commencement of any works offshore

Project Plan
The Campaign Execution Plan specifies how Job Cards, as per Section 3, are to be sequenced. A detailed breakdown of each task involved on the Job Card has been taken into account and assisted in identifying the quantity of time budgeted to each task.
Curing time for coatings has been set at 10 hours per 150m.

Job Cards
The Job Cards detail the estimated man hours that have been allocated to each task requiring completion. Upon completion of job card, it will be signed off and returned to Cape Onshore for review along with any documentation of relevance including data showing variation to the proposed tasks.
Man hours are based on average norms for task and a productive working day of 8.5 hours.
Please note that the following elements are likely to have an impact +/- on the estimated durations of this project: Changes in access requirements, type size of scaffold, etc. Availability of over-side elements / boat cover Changes in height these are calculated using R2S Changes to scope of work as not seen on R2S, e.g. additional elements Symops with other Contractors not currently visible in the plan Elgin PUQ POB issues
