Choosing this video was simple it provided a brief overview of a day at the UN, it had the potential to grab the viewers attention by showing exclusive footage. I chose this website to search for quotes on the United Nations or from its employees due to my past trust in and success from BrainyQuote. I chose to extract quotes from Malalas speech in front of the United Nations General Assembly in order to aspire a connection between a well-known face and a closed-door organization. This source was used because it contained a complete list of the organizations upheld by the United Nations. A brief introduction on each of these organizations is present. By discovering this image on the search for media notations of the UN Council, it captured my attention. It is perfectly displayed on the Homepage of the website in the introductory slideshow. I chose this image for visual comparison to the modern day United Nations General Assembly to the 1945 United Nations General Assembly meeting area. I chose this image to compare how foreign United Nations buildings look compared to the United Nations headquarters in New York, New York, USA, North America. "League of Nations." Wikipedia. I found this incompariable to the United Nations current member success rate, and wanted to include it in my writing. When I came across this image I was generally surprised, and awed its historical appearance. I follow the website link in the description to learn more about its origin. I chose this image because it properly addressed my topic. I felt that the image of our world was similar to the theme throughout the whole website and it provided a subtle, familiar feature on every page. "Royalty Free Music." Royalty Free Music. N.p., n.d.
