Rosa, Calabanga, Camarines Sur, hereby depose and say: 1. That I am employed as a Security Guard for the Ateneo de Naga University at Ateneo Avenue, Bagumbayan Sur, Naga City; 2. That I was one of the security personnel with a duty schedule of 10 pm to 6 am at the date of the incident; 3. That on April 23, 2013, on or about 12 mn, I was doing my routine roving from the main gate of the Ateneo to the Covered Courts; 4. That upon my return from the Covered Courts, I saw someone tinkering with the motorcycles parked in the parking are of the Madrigal Foundation; 5. That the person is known to me as Erwin Reon, a Security Guard at the Madrigal Foundation; 6. That thru further looking at him, I noticed he carried with him a 1.5 litre bottle which he used to siphon gasoline from the XRM model motorcycles; 7. I went to the guards station and called to my fellow security guard Gregorio Sanorjo. We returned and saw him still tinkering with the gasoline tanks of the motorcycles using some tool to open them and let the gasoline flow in the 1.5 litre bottle. 8. A few minutes later a power outage occurred so we went open the power generator. We did not return anymore to the scene and went back to report the incident to the officer-in-charge at the guards station.

I, Gregorio Sanorjo, of legal age, married, and with postal address Mabolo, Naga City, hereby depose and say: 1. That I am employed as a Security Guard for the Ateneo de Naga University at Ateneo Avenue, Bagumbayan Sur, Naga City; 2. That I was one of the security personnel with a duty schedule of 10 pm to 6 am at the date of the incident; 3. That on April 23, 2013, on or about 12 mn, my fellow security guard Emiliano Sabiniano prompted me of the event he witness while he was roving the premises near the Madrigal Foundation; 4. He asked me to accompany him to look if the said person of Erwin Reon was still at the parking lot. He told me that he saw Erwin taking gasoline from the motorcycles parked at the parking area of the Madrigal Foundation. 5. I accompanied him there and we saw Erwin Reon still there carrying a 1.5 litre bottle and siphoning gasoline from the motorcycles. 6. A few minutes later a power outage occurred so we went open the power generator. We did not return anymore to the scene and went back to report the incident to the officer-in-charge at the guards station.
