certificates.
Note : The original documents are necessary at the time of registration.

High School or Higher Secondary/S.S.C. Examination Certificate Mark Sheet and others mentioned
in the eligibility requirement.

(ii) Certificate from a competent authority for belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/OBC (if
applicable)
(iii) Entitlement Card from the Record Officer if concession admissible to Children widows of Officers/
Jawans of Armed Forces killed or disabled in Action.
