Deadline for Submission of Requirements

All requirements for the LSQT listed below must be submitted to the School of Law and Governance Duly accomplished registration form, downloadable at slg.uap.asia or via these links: goo.gl/D7Nqlv and http://bit.ly/1isIMlc Photocopy of collegiate transcript of records showing compliance with eligibility requirements for admission to the Law program Certification of candidacy for graduation (for graduating students) or a photocopy of diploma (for graduates); or photocopy of valid school ID 3 copies of I.D. picture, size 2 x 2 with white background Proof of payment of testing fee of PHP 1,500

Payment Options for the LSQT Testing Fee

a. Through direct/on-campus payments Payment can be made to the Cashier of the UA&P Accounting Office located at: 2 Floor, CAS Building University of Asia & the Pacific Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City Written mention/note must be made to the Cashier that payment is for the Law School Qualifying Test of the School of Law and Governance. Official receipts from the Accounting Office will serve as proof of payment of testing fee

Payment can be made through any bank by depositing the money in favor of:

On the Day of the Tests

Be at the test venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the test; latecomers will not be provided any time extension Bring 1 valid ID with picture UA&P implements a dress code for students, faculty, staff, and guests. In general, the following are considered inappropriate for use within the University premises: o Sleeveless tops, tubes, tank and halter tops, low-cut necklines; o Revealing, flimsy, or see-through tops without the appropriate undergarments o Shorts o Skirts or dresses with hemlines that fall above the knee when standing o Low-rise jeans and tight-fitting tops o Loud prints or bold designs o Ripped, tattered or frayed clothing/jeans o Slippers or slip-on footwear
