ACADEMIC PROJECT
Title: Microcontroller Based Human Tracking System Using Wireless Camera.

Hardware Used: Microcontroller AT89C51, 555 Timer, LCD, Stepper Motor,

PIR Sensor, LED, TSOP Receiver.

Software: Compiler (Keil Software), Coding in Embedded C.

Description: The project deals with the tracking of Human movement in a space.
Human body emits IR rays , these IR rays can be detected and processed further,this is
the main working principle of this project. PIR sensor converts this IR rays in to
Analog electric signals which is further converted in to digital form by 555 timer . This
timer is interfaced with 89C51 microcontroller. The movement of stepper motor is
based on the input digital signal from 555 timer to the microcontroller. A camera is
mounted on the top of stepper motor to capture the image of human.
ACADEMIC SEMINAR

Title: Terahertz Transistor.

Key Features: Switching frequency 1000 GHZ, High K gate dielectrics, A layer of
insulator (oxide) under the transistor, Thicker source and drain.
