Campaign proposal

ProductThe charity I am using for my campaign is st Roccos Target audience- the target audience is 16-21 year olds as they are students and might not be able to afford new clothes. Campaign Message Buy clothes for a respectable fashionable price at st Roccos Feb 14th As it gives enough time to prepare and create awareness of my product. It is also launched on an important date in the calendar. Schedule of advertisement 1st advert on 19th February for two weeks 2nd advert on 19th May for two weeks 3rd advert 26th June for two weeks

The advertisement will take place near bewsey bridge this is because this is near where the st Roccos hospice is located

Legal and ethical issues

In many cases, the creator will also have the right to be identified as the author and to object to distortions of his work. International conventions give protection in most countries, subject to national laws

Discrimination act- the discrimination act states that you cannot discrimination against race gender religions age sexual orientation and disability this will be applied in my work Official secrets law: This is the law that is about privacy of important secrets e.g. War, information on royal family whereabouts Trademark: this is when you use a companys logo without permission this does not apply to my work because its a radio show. Offensive material-this is when you swear or use offensive material-this will not offend anybody this will not apply because materials have been chosen carefully.

Representational issues this is when you say something is better than something else this did apply to or wicked vs. crescent but we have made sure we are equal with the statements chosen about this Protection of children and privacy of the public- this is when you give somebodys name without consent we have checked with jess howley and it ok to say her name therefore this wont apply Obscenity law: this is when there is swearing and we will make sure there is clean content.

Discrimination act, Trademark, Representational issues apply to my adverts because I have make sure there is no discrimination on my advert no other logos apart from the official st rocos logo reprentational issue s make sure nothing is claimed to be better than something else
