OBJECTIVE

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Experience with successfully managing all levels of Production, Marketing, Project and Account Management in order to merge creative and production goals to complete projects on time and on budget, establishing and monitoring productivity goals and leading cross-functional teams on key projects. Developed and managed overall production schedule including interdepartmental workflow, and monitor/oversee department budgets, schedules and priorities.

EXPERIENCE
Senior Analyst, Compliance Electronic Arts, Inc. Redwood City, CA, Created and successfully proposed the high-level design for the next generation build format now utilized by EA on all products through the Origin download client. Developed the integration testing methodologies and certification standards for all PC builds digitally distributed through EAs proprietary Origin client, Valve Softwares Steam client, and other 3rd party digital distribution services (Direct2Drive, Amazon, Gamersgate). Worked closely with product development teams, internal digital publishing, and Valve Software engineers to resolve blocking issues and assisted in the high level publishing efforts for each title released on the Steam digital distribution platform. Maintain all department schedules in conjunction with the Production Coordinators to ensure all titles were compliant and end user ready. Provided updates and specific information to the Production Manager on production related changes, delays, requests, etc and produce a high level of problem solving in dealing with these. Oversaw and maintained all department schedules in conjunction with the Production Coordinators. Maintained central production schedule/tracking documents in partnership with Production Accountant. I have the rare experience of working through three gaming generations, spanning from working on titles on the Playstation 2, to titles on Xbox one, and everything in between.
