2TONE FABRIC PROCESS C

Definition: Code: TONE20is the raw white cotton yarn with pre-treatment in our dyeing and spinning process (fancy effect techniques) to change the reactive color absorbability. Some parts are stronger coloring and some parts are weaker coloring (less depth) comparing to a normal raw white yarn (untreated cotton yarn). These knitted or woven fabrics of TONE20 is normal white fabric (called PFD: prepared for dyeing yarn) and have been dyed by reactive dyestuff with fabric dyeing process by Special dyeing method. We can get top-dyed mlange fabric. This special dyeing method, we will introduce with our cluster only.Definition : code: TONE100is also the raw white cotton yarn with the similar property to TONE20. But TONE100 has a much stronger coloring (depth) than TONE20, not mlange effect but solid color look.

ZERO yarn
ZERO yarn is one of our prepared for dyed (PFD) effect yarns which seem like regular raw white cotton yarn. However, the yarn is pretreated in dyeing process with fancy effect manufacturing process to increase the absorptive or affinity of reactive dyestuff. This partial pretreatment on cotton yarn causes some parts of yarn get much stronger color depth than the untreated parts when the ZERO fabric is dyed in fabric dyeing process. The color of dyed fabric will come out and look like ZEBRA stripe effect.

ZIGZAG
Zig Zag yarn concept: Zig Zag yarn is one of the innovative products in textile industry which created by Kongkiat Textile Company. The yarn itself does not have the dye color on it; however, the color effect will show only on fabric after performing the piece dyeing process or even the garment dyeing process.
