Job Location - Pune Experience - 12 to 36 months Technical Skills - Financial Management Job Description Principal Accountabilities Assessing level of surplus capital and capital adequacy. Key activities and decision making areas Evaluating planned business expansion and capital need.Identifying capital need for plans.Capital adequacy standards as per regulatory authorities.Dividend distribution with tax efficiency and availability of distributable reserves. Ensuring capital resources are applied cost effectively.Evaluating the project with appropriate authorization limits.Analysis of the capital & Project expenditure.

Assets and Liability Management

Monitor assets and capital allocation.Analyzing the risk level and cost of capital.Assessing economic profit performance. Ensuring internal controls at various areas like real estate project, space utilization.Ensuring internal controls .Ensuring Reporting levels and organizational structure within the areas of responsibility. Monthly group reporting for all the GLTs.Providing strategic direction to the GLTs on P, F & Q. Responsibility as Local Compliance Officer to discharge the (Compliance Officer) accountabilities set out in the Compliance Officer Handbook by proactively assisting management in identifying and containing compliance risk, monitoring, reporting and certification, fostering a compliance culture and optimising relations with regulators.Implement the Group compliance policy locally by containing compliance risk in liaison with the Global Head of Compliance, Global Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators. Responsibilities as Company Secretary Responsibilities towards initiatives for conservation of energy & preservation of the environment Responsibilities towards managing the GLT India facilities, Travel services and general administration.

Qualifications Qualification - Graduation Additional Comments 1) Checking, processing & accounting of monthly rent for GLT premises & guest house vouchers and invoices. 2) Checking, processing & accounting of Stipend payment 3) Checking, processing & accounting of Telephone, mobile & data card bills, black berry bills, electricity bills, Guesthouse related bills etc. 4) Checking & preparation of monthly TDS working file & preparation of Quarterly TDS returns. 5) Checking, processing & accounting of Car claim exp.
