Construction/Erection All Risks Insurance coverage shall commence on or before the commencement by the Construction Contractor of Work (as defined in the Construction Contract) at the Construction ite! and shall continue at least through to "rovisional Acce#tance of the $acilities% 2. Construction/Erection All Risks Insurance shall cover all risk of #hysical loss or damage to the $acilities and Contractor u##lied &aterials and Com#any u##lied &aterials that have been safely unloaded at the designated lay do'n area at the Construction ite (including! 'ithout limitation! tem#orary 'orks at the Construction ite that are to be incor#orated into the $acilities)% Construction/Erection All Risks Insurance 'ill not cover Contractor u##lied &aterials or Com#any u##lied &aterials that have not yet been safely unloaded at the designated area at the Construction ite! Contractor! (endor and ubcontractor tem#orary facilities! any other #ro#erty of Contractor! (endors or ubcontractors located at the Construction ite! or any Contractor E)ui#ment% *% Construction/Erection All Risks Insurance shall be sub+ect to a deductible! but not'ithstanding the level of that deductible!
