leading provider of advance braking system solution. SCL is a TPM, Deming awarded, Japan Quality medal
awarded and having the collaboration with Wabco UK which in turn is a world leader for air brakes system and
having operation in many countries.)
Worked in Production engineering department and responsible for development of process & facilities for new
products. Preparing RFQ, cycle time study, machine commissioning, productivity improvement in existing product.
Noteworthy Accomplishments;

o In house cutting tool training workshop.
o Programming & working on A51 HMC from Makino Japan.
o Honing operation for Engine cylinder
⇒ Designed and implemented the material handling system and modified the process operation sequence
for the new machining line for Vacuum pump body so as to improve the product flow.
⇒ Handling the project for establishing the machining line for Air dryer body.
⇒ Preparation of Process flow chart, PFMEA, QCPC, Operation standards, SMED reports, Process capability
reports, Poke-Yoke reports.

Looking after Piston machining line as Line in charge, primarily responsible for tool tooling management, inventory
management, meeting the production and rejection targets, maintaining TPM & quality systems.
Noteworthy Accomplishments;
⇒ Attended training / workshop on
o Attended one week training on TPS3100 software for Cam less machining in TAKISAWA,
JAPAN and done approval of new machine.
o Programming & working on multi-channel 840D SIEMENS system from WEISSER Germany.
⇒ Consistently achieved an improvement in the productivity of Automated Line by 10% within the record
time of 1 month. This resulted in increasing companies profit by Rs. 5.1 million per year.
⇒ Well appreciated for being able to save 3 manpower (Rs 1.5 million saving per year) by clubbing of
operations.
⇒ Use time & motion study technique and arrange the data in excel application and made an application
for capacity calculation, helps the management to access real-time situation.
⇒ Instrumental in striving to reduce loss in model change over time by 40% using TPM & SMED concept.
