PROJECT OVERVIEW

Project description

This project is specially designed for Padono Malaysia, a fashion company that has
established their business since 2004. The purpose of this project is to design a Padonos
fashion website that targets Korean ladies from age of 20 to 35.
A unique and attractive website will be designed as to attract more customers to buy
Padonos products. Special features such as language translation, live chat, and comment box
will be featured in Padonos website to allow Padonos customers to utilise the website
features and for customers to provide their feedbacks on any topic related to Padono
Malaysia.
Padonos needs and goals are the important keys to produce a great website. After
understanding Padonos needs and the problems that they are facing, C&K will come out
with the solutions on how these problems can be fixed. A new high quality website with the
latest technology and design will be featured in the website to give a good impression to
Padonos website visitors.

Idea and concept planning is the core step in creating a website. C&K will develop a
proposed website so that Padono can have a general idea of our content and design.

Flora theme background

Since Padonos target audience is focused on Korean ladies aged 20-35, C&K proposed to
use flora theme as the background as woman is always as beautiful as the blooming flower.
Besides, it gives a sense of young and dynamic feeling to the user.
Black as the main text colour
Black font is professional and easy to read. It also provides a strong contrast to the light
colour of background.
Slide show
Slide show is used in the homepage to show customer the latest trend of collection.
Language
Two languages are supporting in the website which is English and Korean.

Gantt Chart above shows the estimation time of web development that will take place in each
stage. It takes approximately 16 weeks from doing research till the whole product is
complete.

Project management is the primary stage where the project is well organized
and set up. Schedule for meeting, weekly updates from each team and review

such as menu bar, buttons, navigation links to minimize the error occur.
Second phase of testing- pilot testing will be carried on which give the
product a real world test. Online trading simulation is conducted to ensure
that everything run smoothly with the back end system. If any
troubleshooting or error found, our team will do immediate enhancement and

Cancellation
This agreement may be terminated or cancelled at any time with a minimum thirty
(30) days written notice from either party.

AGREEMENT
This agreement is made and entered into as of _________________, 20___, by and between
C&K Creative, with its principal place of business located at 11, Jalan Teknologi, PJU 5,
Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor and Padono Malaysia with its principal place
of business located at No. 19, Jalan Jurunilai U1/20, Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40150
Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
NOW, THEREFORE This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement with respect to
the Confidential Information disclosed herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
oral or written agreements concerning such Confidential Information. This Agreement may
only be changed by mutual agreement of authorized representatives of the parties in writing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Contract in duplicate
originals, each of which shall be deemed to be an original on the Effective Date first above
written.
