KARST WATER ISZKASZENTGYRGY - Concept of the Business Model 2. Business Opportunities.

We are looking for investors to get help of obtaining the above described karst water with excellent quality and minerals because it is hidden under the surface. The freshwater has a big potential and market so herewith we are sending this letter. Our proposal is to establish a Joint Venture for obtaining and exporting this excellent water. According to our plan this Joint Venture would deal with the preparation works regarding test drillings, acquisition of licenses, any other test, and then its followings like its production, bottling and the transportation to the local or regional market. Naturally there are some other possibilites how to get sources from the EU to these preparation works but this way would take a much more period of time to get into it. We do know it since our Company has won many EU and domestic funds, sources for site development and for R+D, its worldwide patented innovation as the development of intelligent LED lamp. As a basis for negotiation the ownership of Joint Venture is considered to be 50-50% between the partner company and Wemont Ltd. Herewith we are asking our strategic partner at the beginning to finance the preparation works and a plant that we could begin with extracting the water from deepness. Pertaining to our as Wemont responsibilities we would bring our professional competency and the real estate where all the production could operate, and of course all the works along the approval process with the hungarian authorities and a continuous project management. Due to lack of competency regarding arranging the transportation and securing the host market we intend not to take responsibilites of these tasks. During transportation we are able to preserve the excellency of that water, because we have a proven and ready-to-work solution for that. This responsibility is fundamental, since during long-time lasting transportation can easily weaken the quality of any product. 2.1: Incurred, estimated costs Test drillings and tests: Designed and Construction of Bottling plant:

Costs, above are estimated costs, of course during the realization of that project we would have as many as needed mutual meetings via phone, or personal. 2.2 Other Business Opportunities Another opportunity can be for our further cooperation, that next to our real estate, North west, there is a 3.000-4.000 m2 flat area which is for sale and another one which is 2.000 m2 South-West. A modern and appropriate operating plant needs maximum 1.000 m2 but on such an ideal area with such a beautiful panorama there could also be built a Hotel with Spa.
