Holistic Health
Holistic Health means Wholesome Health or Complete Health . Holistic Health consists of five concepts : 1. physical health 2. mental / emotional health 3 . intellectual health 4 . spiritual health 5. social health. 1. Physical Health : There should be no physical illness and there should be no physical disease. The physical body should be ever vibrant and energetic. That is physical health. 2. Mental / Emotional Health : There should be no mental depression at any time .. in defeat or failure. Even if we are insulted, we should never lose our emotional energy. There should be no inferiority complex. We should never be lacking in self-esteem. Our mental energy should ever be intact. Only positive thinking should reign always. That is mental health. 3. Intellectual Health : Every person, every human being is a creature of his/her own intellect. Intellect is the distillate of previous karmic wisdom coming from past-lives and

past-experiences. Each Intellect is a perfect logical conclusion based on its own experience data bank. Given an experience data bank the given intellect is a logical and scientific phenomeon. However, everybodys karmic experience data bank is different and therefore the intellects vary vastly. To understand all this is to possess intellectual health. Only spiritual science gives perfect intellect ! There is no other way ! 4. Spiritual Health : Spiritual health means, we must know what we are basically. We should understand that we are an eternity and infinity of fundamental pure consciousness. We are an ATMA.That is called spiritual health. 5. Social Health : We are responsible for all our fellow beings in the society. If we do not work for the betterment of the fellow being of our society, we do not have social health. Teaching and service are the two facets of social health. Whatever we know we should be continuously imparting to others .. at the intellectual and spiritual levels. At the physical level, physical service and physical cooperation are the essentials. These five together are called Holistic Health ! Zero money input is required for Holistic Health ! Time and scientific temper have to be combined, which will give us Holistic Health !
