• Male: Clinical Uniform with white shoes and white socks but In NP 2
without nameplate, school insignia/ logo or pin.
• COPAR , Kawasaki disease , Immunity, Contraceptives,
• Pregnant Female: White Clinical Scrub Suit Lawrence Kohlberg’s Development of Moral Reasoning,
Epidemiology , Measles, Reproductive Health, Influenza A
(H1N1), IMCI
• Repeaters: may wear clinical Scrub Suit
In NP3 and 4
Examninee(s) who are not in the dress code shall not be allowed to take
the examinations and their examination fees shall be forfeited. Those
• Colostomy, Tuberculosis , Tracheostomy, Hodgkin’s disease,
examinees who are denied to entry to the testing center but would later on
arrive on prescribed uniform but already late on for that particular Asthma, Cholecystitis, Dumping Syndrome, Spinal Cord
