HP REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The HP Rewards (Competition) is organized by Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific Private Limited (HP).

This is a monthly contest that will run from 1st January, 2014 to 31st January, 2014 and will close on 1st February, 2014, 00:00 midnight (Contest Period). Late submissions will be disqualified. Lucky Draw will be held as per schedule A. Customers become entitled to participate in HP Rewards Lucky Draw either upon receiving an invitational email from HP to join the HP Rewards program or upon authentication of a new original HP ink Cartridges for specified HP inkjet printer models (see schedule B). Each invitation or authentication, entitles customer to one chance of participation in the Lucky Draw. Winner(s) will be selected at the end of each contest period by a Lucky Draw. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by HP through a computerized system in the presence of an independent accountant and the winner(s) announced on dates specified in the attached schedule B (Lucky Draw Date). The result of the Lucky Draw is final. The winner (s) will be entitled to win HP Slate 7 Extreme. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. HP reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value without notice. HP accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. The winner(s) will be notified in writing by ordinary post at the address provided by participant during registration Instructions for prize collection will be given to the winner(s) in the notification. Any prize not collected within 2 months from the Lucky Draw Date, or the equivalent value thereof, will be donated to a Singapore charity of HPs choice. No compensation will be due to the winner who fails to claim the prize within the stipulated time. The Competition is open to eligible participants as defined in Schedule C, except the employees and immediate families of HP. HP reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of eligibility at any time. HP is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or

traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to contestants or any other persons computer, related to or resulting from participation in the Competition. 9. If the Lucky Draw cannot run as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, prohibition by the relevant authorities or any other causes beyond the control of HP which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, HP reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition as it sees fit. HP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of or use of any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. All ancillary costs, including delivery charges and all federal, provincial, state and/or local duties/taxes and any import/export duties or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Liability for any tax on the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the participant. It is recommended that participants should contact their own accountant or taxation advisor in this regard. All entries become the property of HP. Personal details of the participants collected by HP may also be used for marketing purposes. However, such personal details will be dealt with in accordance with HPs privacy policy. Public Sector/Government Clause: By participating and accepting rewards, public sector employees confirm that doing so, violates no applicable law, regulation, ethics, code or conflict of interest policy The laws of Singapore shall govern the terms and conditions of this Competition.

Schedule C: Eligible Participants

This contest is open to residents of the following countries only: o China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. In addition, the participants must receive an invitation by HP to join the HP Rewards Program or authenticate a new, original HP Ink Cartridge for any of the printers listed in schedule B.
