What I observed in Coca-Cola Company is that they uses quantitative analysis approach. Lets take for an e ample !hat the company did !ith their !aste products. The problem arise for they !ill do !ith their !aste materials. "fter definin# the problem$ %evelopin# a &odel$ #atherin# data$ theyve develop solutions$ test it $analy'e the results and came up !ith implementation. What they did is that they used their !aste materials in fish ponds to produce quality kind of fishes and also it is bein# used as irrri#ation by some farmers.

Coca-Cola had established their name throu#h !ise question makin#s. They !ere able to provide their customers needs !ith their product. With this they !ere able to #et their customers loyalty.

B) C" pan$ - , Pase" (avin# our lunch in )aseo$ in a particular fast food chain $ I had observed the !ay they served their customers. %urin# peak hours$ the arrival rate is #reater than the service rate. We had a lon# time !aitin# for our order. They cannot accommodate the demand of their customers. *or this reason$ some customers decided to leave and some stayed.

+ueuin# theory is the most obvious technique used in the ,nchanted -in#dom. ,very rides that you !ill see encompasses queue$ queue of people that are so e cited to take the ride. &ost of the rides uses a sin#le channel sin#le phase queue. I also observed different behavior of people in queue. Where in some customers decides not to enter the !aitin# line ./alkin#0. 1ome enters the line but decides to e it before bein# served .2ene#in#0. "nd some enters one line and then s!itches to a different line in an effort to reduce the !aitin# time .3ockeyin#0.

There is so much data to take into account !hen tryin# to run a business$ no matter ho! small$ that it is immensely helpful to familiari'e yourself !ith !ays to quantify this data to make it understandable.
