Hypertension as health deficit

>After effective nursing intervention, the family will make necessary measures to properly manage, control, and lessen the risk factors of hypertension.

After effective nursing interventions, the patient will able to: 1. Educate her family measures about the importance of regular check-up in the RHU. 2. Explain importance of proper diet or food intake. 3. Enumerate the diseases that might develop if hypertension is not prevented earlier. 4. Educate patient on the Dos and Donts of hypertension.
