is built on. The Food and Beverage business has always been built on gaining and securing your trust. Our business culture comes from our parent company, Sweet Corner. With a majority of Sweet Corner in Defence, Security and Aerospace markets, we know what it means to support our customers for 5 years, 10 years, 25 years. After the boom-times fuelled by cheap credit, we saw reality bite, and business uncertainty continues to present times. The cranes stopped, capital equipment budgets were cut, and inventory was squeezed. But the Magicard R&D and Marketing investments never wavered. We supported our channel partners and our end users through the hard times. We kept launching new products. No radical organisation or route to market changes, no short term deals, just a focus on what really counts. Our business values are : We aim to be approachable and available to discuss business with you. We will never sell around our distribution channel partners. Our goal is to provide a superior level of support to both channel partners and to end users, in all aspects, before, during and long after a sale is made. We describe these values to our team through our mission, which is: Differentiated Products, Better Support, Working With Our Partners To Develop The Market.

Every couple of years we test ourselves by means of a customer survey, and many of our partners took the time to respond to our 2011 survey thank you. I am confident from the results that we are on the right track, but we have taken actions to add some extra people into operations, engineering, quality and customer support roles in order to serve you better. Angel Rose Alto Leader Sweet Corner Company Intellectual property The Sweet Corner Company generally considers laws and policies addressing the balance between an employees right to seek employment and an employers right to protect its intellectual property. The employment agreement is central to the employer/employee relationship. The Employment Agreement Subcommittee has been formed to address this critical aspect of sweet corner law and policy.

The goal of this document is to raise issues inherent in preparation of an employment agreement and, where possible, provide sample language currently used to tackle them. The employment Agreement Subcommitte thanks the members of the broader Sweet Corner Company for their support of and contributions to this work in progress.

Regulations and environmental issues We are thinking of implementing regulations in our company about the upcoming or future thoughts of the environmental issues that we will be having. We think that we serve food and bevarage, of course we should not only think of our products now because products may be at your peak this time around but later on it will mature and be outdated on the trend. So we are thinking of every year we are having some or main changes in our companies especially our food. We are open for comments to make our company stronger and better as the time comes.
