Schedule of Events:
4:00 P.M. 5:00 P.M. 6:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M. POST-GAME AFTER MOVIE 8:00 A.M. 9:00 A.M. 10:00 A.M. Scout check-in and campsite set-up Player autograph session and supper time! (Muddy Meal: hamburger, chips and a soda) Scouts enter the stadium and prepare for on-field pre-game ceremony Play ball! - Carolina Mudcats vs. Salem Red Sox In-stadium movie on Videoboard: Monsters University Campers head back to their campsite and retire for the evening Campers wake up and have breakfast (breakfast not provided) Pack Leaders are welcome to bring private grills for breakfast only Campers break into groups and take a tour of Five County Stadium Campers pack up camp, clean camp area and head home

Please clip this portion and return with your payment. Deadline to Register is a week before Campout. Guidelines and Regulations for Campout Advance registration is required. Payment is due at the time of registration. Parking is not included in this package. Parking is $5 a vehicle and gets you a free souvenir program. No vehicles are permitted on the camp-site area, located around the pond area behind the stadium. This is for tents and participants only. Vehicles must be parked in the parking lot on the Hwy 39 side of the ballpark and unloaded from there. Anyone not abiding by guidelines will be asked to leave with no refunds. PLEASE, no driving on the grass! The use of private grills will NOT be permitted before the game on Friday, May 16th. Port-a-Potties will be provided at the campsite area. Stadium bathrooms will not be available before 6:00 p.m. or after the stadium closes following the movie. Entrance into the ballpark will not be allowed until 6:00 p.m. The Mudcats are not responsible for lost or stolen items from the camp-site area. Please do not leave valuables unattended while you are away from your site. Upon check-in, you will receive a packet containing a Food Coupon, Ice Cream Coupon, Game Ticket, and Patch. In the event of a rain-out (complete rain-out, meaning that we do not play the game), the rain-date will be Friday, May 23rd. If the game is played, the campout will go on as planned. No refunds will be given in the event that the game is played. Mudcats staff will be on-site all night. In the event of storms or bad weather, you will be informed. It is each individual troops decision whether to pack up or to wait out the storms. Each leader will be given a cell phone number of a staff member to reach with any emergencies throughout the night.
