-Manual Therapy (97140): -Stretching Contract/Relax - manual stretching of the involved myofascia, including contract/relax procedures, at the beginning of tissue resistance -Hip and Thigh STM - soft tissue mobilization of restrictions in the tensor fascia lata/iliotibial band region -Thigh STM - soft tissue mobilization of restrictions in the hamstrings/popliteus/gastrocnemius myofascia

-Gait Training (97116): -Single Leg Standing / Proprioceptive Training (level) 2 eyes closed/arms crossed -Single Leg Standing / Balance Training - emphasizing supports and stable surfaces with visual cueing -Lower Quarter Integration - lower extremity, pelvis and trunk movement integration facilitated using coordination training -Gait Reeducation - focusing on walking gait-
