Talent Management is the systematic attraction, identification, development, engagement/retention and deployment of those individuals with high potential who are of particular value to an organization. (CIPD 2006) CIPD stands for Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development 5. Talent Management should be a 2 way relationship between the company and the employee The requirement of the organization + the offering by the potential employee = the mutual benefits of both the parties (Andre OCallaghan, 2008)

Importance of the study:


Talent management increases the organizational success. This paper will begins with an overview of talent management systems, process of talent management in an organization. As globalization rapidly increases, organizations consists of employees with different backgrounds. By this study I want to know about is it the cultural differences or organization culture differences leads to change in the

individual talents of an employee, which helps me to gain knowledge about Global Talent Management. Talent management includes all the essential functions of Human Resource. By this study I can able to gain more knowledge about recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal and all the other functions which are included in talent management system.

Importance of talent management:
