C. 1983 .HOBBs ACT , Affiant is not an enemy combatant of the UNITED STATES under 40 Stat.411, Trading with the enemy Act, 12 USC 95a and Affiant claims all rights and protections under the foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, 28 USC 1502-1611: and, Further, if the rulings of the court on any motions before it in this cause are against the pleadings of the affiant or, do not properly show the Nature and Cause of Actions against Affiant, or with addition of any other actions cited, Affiant will seek to file the vacation of this courts order in a article III District Court for the United States of America or other de jure constitutional Court of original jurisdiction of the electors of Ohio and further against the private corporation, that is this Court, for the exercise of jurisdiction over Affiant that has not existed, violations of rights under the electors constitution[ s ] and violations of the
