b) Every Unit Price shall be approved at the time of contract.
c) Power, water and space/accommodation shall be arranged by the owner at site.
d) All civil work like breaking of wall, making floor/wall punches and making good the damages shall
be done by others.
e) For Fire Protection Doors 60 working days
f) Validity: Quoted Price is valid for 30 (thirty) days.
Terms of Payment:
a) 60% advanced of contract amount shall be paid as mobilization advance with work order.
b) 30% amount will paid when the all materials in house (without door & Pump, motor units).
c) 5% amount will paid when the all materials in house (Door & Pump, motor units).
d) 5% payment will be made after complete the whole job( Cheque made within 15 days from final
demonstration & training completed)

FIRE BRIGADE CONNECTION
Fire Brigade Connection of 150mm dia with
four connections of 65mm dia each and shall
be completed with non-return valve, valve cap,
chain, purging valve etc. Installation of Fire
Brigade Connection shall be done on standpipe
suitable to operate by Fire service people.
Four Way Connection
PIPE WORK
Installation of black steel pipe of welded type
suitable to withstand a test pressure 15 kg of
water complete with bends, tees, elbows,
reducers, socket, union etc. as per drawing and
direction. Cutting of pipe welding, threading
and sealing the thread with proper type of
sealing compound shall be done leak proof. All
underground pipes shall be protected with
black tape wrapping. Earth cutting, filling with
sand cc pipe support at an interval of 3 meter
shall be done for out door underground pipe
work. All pipe work shall be completed with
support, bracket etc. complete as per drawing

PUMP PANEL (Foreign)
Supply and Installation of Pump panel
constructed with 18 BWG sheet steel painted
with two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of
prime. The panel shall be Single-hinged door.
The panel shall house MCCB/MCB for all
pumps, magnetic contractor, ammeter over
load for all equipment, main volt meter,
indicating light, earthling block pressure
controller & switch, auto starting arrangement
on receiving signal of low pressure in pipe line,
status indication,MCCB etc. complete as per
drawing and direction. The panel shall be
installed at location shown in the drawing.
