Customer Service

This is a multi-part assembly best achieved by two people. Allow at least half a day for assembly process. Selecting a site - the greenhouse must be , positioned and xed on a at level surface. Choose a sunny position away from overhanging trees. We are strongly recomend to x your greenhouse directly to a solid concrete foundation. When doing that use the pre drilled holes in the metal base supplied. Take out all components parts of the packages. Sort the parts and check against the contents parts list. During assembly parts should be laid out close at hand. Keep all small parts (screws etc.) in a bowl so they do not get lost. In purpose to facilitate parts identication and assembly process, all-positioned proles are used in this greenhouse. As a result some apertures in the proles are not used during assembly.

Safety Advice

Carry out the assembly steps in the order set out in the instructions. Step 1: Make sure the base is square by measuring the diagonals and level by using a spirit level. Step 4: Part A994, A995 are in the back of the greenhouse. Fixing them determines the front side of the greenhouse. Steps 7, 10: The oval hole in the crossbars A256 should always be assembled to the base of the greenhouse. Door assembly (Steps 8, 43-48) Door can be installed as a left hand door or right hand door to your decision. Theseinstructions show a right hand door assembly. Step 8: determines door direction door post 987 is where door hinges will be located. Steps 43-48: Door assembly should be done according to this decision. Steps 28-29: Decide on the windows location before assembly. Window can be installed in one of the indicated options.

It is of utmost importance to assemble all of the parts according to the directions. Do not skip any step. We strongly recommend using work gloves during assembly. Always wear shoes and safety goggles when working with extruded aluminium. If using a step ladder or power tools ensure that you follow the manufacturers safety advice. Do not touch overhead power cables with the aluminium proles. Do not attempt to assemble the greenhouse in windy or wet conditions. Dispose of all plastic bags safely keep them out of reach of small children. Keep children away from the assembly area. Do not lean against or push the greenhouse during construction. Do not position your greenhouse in an area exposed to excessive wind. Do not attempt to assemble this greenhouse if you are tired, have taken drugs or alcohol or if you are prone to dizzy spell. Hot items such as recently used grills, blowtorches etc. must not be stored in the greenhouse. Ensure there are no hidden pipes or cables in the ground before inserting the pegs. This product is designed to use as greenhouse only.

Care & Maintenance

Screws 411 and nuts 412 are used thruoghout the assembly process. l Screws 411 are to be assembled from the outside and nuts 412 from the inside of the greenhouse. l Do not fasten screws and nuts (411 & 412) more than 2-3 turns only. Do not tighten them until completion of the panels assembly, if not specied otherwise. l However, in some steps, temporary tightening of a few screws may be needed to prevent a prole from falling till it will be fully connected in the next steps.

When your greenhouse needs to be cleaned, use a mild detergent solution and rinse with cold clean water. DO NOT use acetone, abrasive cleaners or other special detergents to clean the clear panels. It is recommended to check periodically that roof panels caps (plastic part 329 & prole 981) are set in place.

EIl sagit dun assemblage pices multiples quil est prfrable de raliser deux personnes et auquel il fait consacrer au moins une demijourne. Slection du site la serre doit tre monte et xe sur une surface plane. Choisissez un emplacement ensoleill et loign dventuels arbres susceptibles de la surplomber. Nous recommandons vivement de xer la serre directement de solides fondations en bton. Pour ce faire, utilisez les trous dj percs dans le chssis mtallique fourni.

Trs important! Veuillez suivre scrupuleusement les instructions de cette brochure et raliser les tapes dans lordre nonc. toutes les pices de leurs emballages. Nous recommandons vivement le port de gants de protection pendant le montage. Sortez Triez-les et comparez-les avec la liste des pices Portez toujours des chaussures de travail et des lunettes de protectrion lorsque vous pour vriez que tout y est. travaillez des pices en aluminium extrud. de lassemblage, les pices doivent tre Lors de lutilisation dune chelle ou doutils lectriques, assurez-vous de bien suivre les Lors disposes porte de main. Gardez toutes les consignes de scurit du fabricant. petites pices (vis, etc.) dans un rcipient pour Veillez ne pas toucher de cbles ariens avec les prols en aluminium. viter de les perdre. Entretien & Maintenance

Consignes de scurit

Procdez au montage tape par tape, en respectant lordre nonc dans cette brochure. Etape 1 : Assurez-vous que le chssis est bien carr en mesurant les diagonales, et vriez sa mise niveau laide dun niveau bulle. Etape 4 : les pices A994, A995 sont larrire de la serre. Le fait de les xer dtermine galement la position de la faade de la serre. Etapes 7, 10 : Louverture ovale des barres transversales A256 doit toujours tre plac du ct du chssis de la serre. Montage de la porte (Etape 8, 43-48) :La porte peut tre installe avec la poigne gauche ou droite votre convenance. Ces instructions sont bases sur une installation avec la poigne droite. Etape 8 : Dterminez lorientation de la porte Le montant de porte 987 est celui sur lequel seront xes les charnires. Etapes 43-48 : Le montage de la porte doit tre ralis selon la dcision prise ce stade. Etapes 28-29 : Choisissez lemplacement de la fentre avant le montage, parmi les options indiques.

Pour nettoyer votre serre, utilisez une solution dtergente douce et rincez leau claire et froide. NE PAS utiliser dactone ni de produits nettoyants ou autres dtergents spciaux pour nettoyer les panneaux clairs. Il est recommand de vrier rgulirement que les couvrejoints des panneaux du toit sont bien en place (pices en plastique 329 & prol 981).

Les vis 411 et crous 412 servent tout au long de la procdure. l Les vis 411 se placent lextrieur et les crous 412 lintrieur de la serre. l Ne serrez les vis et crous (411 & 412) que de 2 3 tours, pas plus. Ne les serrez pas tant que lassemblage nest pas compltement termin, sauf indication contraire. l Cependant, la ralisation de certaines tapes peut ncessiter le serrage provisoire de quelques vis pour empcher un prol de tomber en attendant quil soit entirement intgr lensemble de la structure dans les tapes suivantes.

Vor dem Zusammenbau

a Whrend des Zusammenbaus

Fhren Sie den Aufbau in der in den Gebrauchsanweisungen aufgefhrten Reihenfolge Schritt per Schritt aus. Schritt 1: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Basis sowohl quadratisch als auch waagrecht ist, indem Sie die Diagonalen messen und die Basis mit einer Wasserwaage prfen. Schritt 4: Teil A994, A995 sind in der Rckseite des Gewchshaus und deren Festsetzung bestimmt die Vorderseite des Gewchshauses. Schritte 7, 10: Das ovale Loch in den Querbalken A256 sollte immer auf die Basis des Gewchshauses montiert werden. Das Zusammenbauen der Tr (Schritte 8, 43-48) Die Tr kann nach Ihrer Entscheidung, entweder als eine Tr die sich nach Links nen lsst oder als eine Tr die sich nach Recht nen lsst, installiert werden. Die beigefgte Bauinstruktionen zeigen einen rechten Trbau. Schritt 8: Bestimmt die Richtung der Tr. Trpost 987 ist wo die Trscharniere gelegt werden. Schritte 43-48: Trzusammenbau sollte gem dieser Entscheidung folgen. Schritte 28-29: Entscheiden sie ber die genaue Lageposition des Fensters vor dessen Einbau. Das Fenster kann in einer der angegebenen Optionen installiert werden.

Sicherheitshinweise

Es ist von grsster Wichtigkeit, alle Teile genau gemss den Anweisungen zusammenzubauen. Lassen Sie keinen Schritt aus. Wir empfehlen wrmstens, whrend des Aufbaus Arbeitshandschuhe zu tragen. Tragen Sie immer Schuhe und eine Schutzbrille, wenn Sie mit stranggepresstem Aluminium arbeiten. Wenn Sie eine Stufenleiter oder Elektrowerkzeuge benutzen, achten Sie darauf, die Sicherheitshinweise des Herstellers zu befolgen. Berhren Sie mit den Aluminiumprolen keine Oberleitungen. Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gewchshaus bei windigem oder regnerischem Wetter zusammenzubauen. Entsorgen Sie alle Plastiktten sicher und bewahren sie ausserhalb der Reichweite von kleinen Kindern auf. Halten Sie Kinder vom Aufbaubereich fern. Whrend des Aufbaus sollten Sie sich nicht gegen das Gewchshaus lehnen oder es drcken. Bauen Sie Ihr Gewchshaus nicht an Orten mit hoher Windbelastung auf. Versuchen Sie nicht, dieses Gewchshaus aufzubauen wenn Sie mde sind, unter dem Einuss von Drogen oder Alkohol stehen oder zu Schwindelanfllen neigen. Heisse Gerte wie krzlich benutzte Grills, Schneidbrenner usw. drfen nicht im Gewchshaus gelagert werden. Vergewissern Sie sich vor Einsetzen der Pcke, dass sich keine versteckten Rohre oder Kabel im Boden benden. Dieses Produkt ist nur fr den Einsatz als Gewchshaus geeignet.

Diese ist eine Mehrteilige Montage. Der Zusammenbau der Teile wird am besten von zwei Leuten bewltigt. Rechnen Sie mit mindestens einem halben Tag fr den Zusammenbau. Wahl des Standorts - das Gewchshaus muss auf einem achen ebenen Untergrund aufgebaut und xiert werden. Whlen Sie eine sonnige Stelle ohne berhngende Bume. Wir empfehlen Ihnen sehr Ihr Gewchshaus direkt auf einem soliden Betonfundament zu befestigen. Dazu sollten Sie die vorgebohrten Lcher in der gelieferten Metallbasis benutzen. Nehmen Sie alle Teile aus der Verpackung. Sortieren Sie die Teile und berprfen Sie sie mit Hilfe der Inhaltsliste auf Vollstndigkeit. Whrend des Aufbaus sollten die Teile in Ihrer Nhe auf dem Boden ausgelegt werden. Bewahren Sie alle kleinen Teile (Schrauben usw.) in einer Schssel auf, sodass sie nicht verloren gehen. Um die Identikation der Teile zu erleichtern und um die Montage zu vereinfachen, werden gleiche Prole in verschiedene Positionen eingebaut, sodass bei manchen Positionen einige Lcher dieser Prole whrend der Montage nicht verwendet werden.
Schrauben 411 and Muttern 412 werden whrend des gesamten Aufbauvorgangs benutzt. l Schrauben 411 werden von der Aussenseite des Gewchshauses eingesetzt und Muttern 412 von der Innenseite. l Ziehen Sie die Schrauben und Muttern (411 und 412) nicht mit mehr als 2 3 Umdrehungen fest. Ziehen Sie sie erst nach Beendigung der Verglasung weiter fest, falls dies nicht ausdrcklich anders festgelegt ist. l Sie sollten jedoch, in einigen Schritten, ein paar Schrauben vorbergehend festziehen um ein Prol von Fallen zu verhindern bis es in vollem Umfang in den nchsten Schritten verbunden wird.

Pege und Wartung

Benutzen Sie eine milde Reinigungslsung fr die Reinigung Ihres Gewchshauses und splen es danach mit kaltem, sauberen Wasser ab. Benutzen Sie AUF KEINEN FALL Azeton, Scheuermittel oder andere spezielle Reinigungsmittel, um die klaren Platten zu reinigen.
