1) From the Member Secretary, AFRC Lr.No.1/AFRC/FF-UG Engg/2013-14-167, Dt.5.7.2013. 2) G.O.Ms.No.62, Higher Education (EC/A2) Department, Dt.18.7.2013. 3) From the Member Secretary, AFRC Lr.No.1/AFRC/FF-UG Engg/ 2013-14-178,185 & 187, Dt.24.7.2013,02.08.2013,5.8.2013 & 13.8.2013. **** O R D E R: The Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC) in the reference 1 read above has made recommendations for fixation of fee structure to the B. Pharmacy, B. Architechure and Pharm. D courses courses in Private Unaided Institutes who have submitted data / financial data and fee proposed. The Government has issued orders notifying tuition fees for B. Pharmacy, B. Architechure and Pharm. D courses in Private Un-aided Institutes for the academic years 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 vide reference 2nd read above.

2. Aggrieved by not fixing the Fee structure to the Institutions (which have not submitted any data nor proposed any fee to the said fixation to AFRC), some of the Institutions have approached the Honble A.P. High Court seeking to include their Institutions in the fixation of Fee structure and got interim directions in WPMP Nos.25179/2013 in WP No.20534/2013 and Batch & others cases. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, in compliance of the interim directions of the Honble A.P. High Court, the Member Secretary, AFRC has submitted the recommendations of AFRC to Government for notification of fee of Rs.30,000/- in respect of (8) colleges and Rs. 26,500/- in respect of one college who approached the Honble A.P. High Court, Hyderabad. 4. Government after careful examination of the entire matter, hereby fix the tuition fee of Rs.30,000/- in respect of (8) colleges and Rs. 26,500/- in respect of one college and issue the following amendment to G.O.Ms.No.62, Higher Education (EC/A2) Department, Dt.18.7.2013, subject to final orders of Honble High Court of A.P. in WP MP No. WPMP Nos.25179/2013 in WP No.20534/2013 and Batch and others batch cases and to submit the data online on or before 30.09.2013 in B. Pharmacy colleges:P.T.O
