A. COURSE FEE STRUCTURE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 2. HELP University reserves the right to review and amend the course fees and administration charges, and waivers of charges and fees, without prior notice. Candidates are advised to ascertain from the HELP Graduate School the terms and conditions that apply to them prior to course commencement. All applicable administration charges paid are not refundable except for 1. the Security Deposit, and 2. subject to management confirmation, RM 750 of the EMGS charges if the visa application is not approved, OR if approved, the applicant declines to enter the country to start the course. Part or all of the Security Deposit shall be utilised to settle any outstanding charges or fees without prejudice to the right of HELP University to obtain settlement of any remaining outstanding amounts. ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENROL FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) SUBJECT IN THE COURSE THEY REGISTER FOR, FAILING WHICH AN EARLY COURSE EXIT CHARGE OF RM 1,000 IS CHARGEABLE REGARDLESS OF ENTITLEMENT TO WHICHEVER WAIVER OF CHARGE OR FEE. An exemption fee of RM 500 per subject for Master and Certificate courses, and RM 1,000 for the DBA is chargeable for candidates who are granted exemptions or transfer credits from their prior qualifications. The candidature period for course completion for Master and Graduate Certificate courses is 3 years from course commencement date and 4.5 years for the DBA. Candidates who do not complete the course within 3 years or 4.5 years respectively shall be required to apply for approval of extension of candidature for up to a maximum of 5 years for Master and Certificate courses, and 6 years for the DBA respectively. The amount chargeable for candidature extension is RM 500 and RM 1,000 for each year, or part thereof, of extension respectively for Certificate and Master courses, and for the DBA. B. ENTITLEMENT TO ADMINISTRATION CHARGE WAIVERS AND COURSE FEE BURSARY FOR THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
1. HELP ALUMNI: UPDATED NOVEMBER 2012 - Waiver of Application Fee and 50% of Registration + Resource Fee but all other charges and RM 450 Student Re-Registration Fee is payable. 2. OTHER INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS WHO CURRENTLY HOLD OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY HELD, A MALAYSIAN STUDENT PASS: Waiver of ISPF+ 50% of Registration Fee. 3. INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS WHO ARE PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF MALAYSIA OR HOLD A MALAYSIAN EMPLOYMENT PASS are entitled to charges and fee structure for Malaysians but RM 450 charge for Notification of Study to Immigration + RM 1,000 security deposit are payable.
