On behalf of St. John Catholic School, I would like this opportunity to submit to you a proposal for sponsorship for the 2009-2010 school year. We have many new and exciting projects this year and we would be very excited to have the involvement of your business with our school. The primary focus of St. John Catholic School is to provide an environment that promotes the growth of the mental, physical, and spiritual well being of all children who enter our doors. As the only Catholic elementary and middle school in Bay County, your generous contribution will allow St. John Catholic School to continue our legacy of quality academic excellence. This year we have made it even easier to become a sponsor for St. John Catholic School. You will choose a sponsorship level and then choose which events you would like to sponsor for the 2009-2010 school year. We would like to challenge your business or family to take part in our school by making a tax-deductible donation to one or more of our fabulous events this year. With this donation you will be helping enhance the lives of over 170 students. The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will be given the ability to purchase additional items for the school that are not allocated in the school budget. In the past these funds have been used to update and equip old and new classrooms and to help provide the most up-to-date technology for our students. With the funding from this year's events, the PTOs Special Projects will focus on new technology for all our classrooms and a new gymnasium. Please carefully read over the sponsorship proposal and return the enclosed contribution form with the amount you would like to invest in tomorrows future. A memorial for Dr. Joan Elzawahry St. John courtyard transforms into the streets of Venice, Italy. A night under the stars with friends and family will surely get you in the mood for great food and wine. This event is sophisticated and classy and best of all your contributions support our school.

2nd Annual James Selgrath Memorial Golf Tournament Chair: Susan Tull This event will be sponsored by the Alumni Association of St. John Catholic School. All proceeds will go toward the completion of the gymnasium.
