Bobs Boathouse Certificate of Occupancy Punch List as of January 31, 2014

Public Utility Department: 1. Fence needs to be installed at the Lift station. 2. Crushed concrete to be installed with weed barrier in lift station area. 3. Abandon the existing water service on back side of lift station. 4. Record drawing mylars and disk with AutoCAD files are required. 5. Seven (7) Utility Easements required: a) Permanent Exclusive Lift Station Easement; b) Public Utility Easement; c) Utility Ingress/Egress Easement; d) Nonexclusive Utility Easement; e) Nonexclusive Utility Easement; f) Nonexclusive Permanent Utility Easement; and g) Nonexclusive Permanent Utility Easement. Natural Resources: 1. Install all watercourse buffer plantings consistent with the approved watercourse buffer planting plan dated August 10, 2010. 2. Complete the removal of all nuisance and invasive vegetation on the property. Land Development: The following is our list of deficiencies required to be completed for the subject site in order to receive final certification. Items 1 5 and 7 are required to be completed prior to the Engineer of Record, Cavoli Engineering, and certification. The Final Land Development Inspection will be completed per the as-builts that are submitted. 1. All storm pipes must be flushed clean from sediment. 2. The fence around the storm basin must be replaced per code. 3. The storm basin must be certified by a structural engineer for integrity. 4. The storm basin must be cleaned of all organic debris as well as any other debris. 5. All construction debris and equipment must be removed from the site. 6. All site as-built information must be obtained and checked for compliance with the permitted plans this could generate additional items to be corrected. 7. Landscape must be checked for compliance with the permitted plans and certified complete by a registered Landscape Architect.

8. The roof drains that are directed to the storm drain basin appear to be temporary and need to be made permanent. Zoning Administration: 1. Lighting Plan Submit a photometric lighting plan to the Zoning Administrator for review and approval. Currently, Code Enforcement staff has been monitoring the lighting on site and is currently in compliance. Building: Final inspections need to be scheduled and approved on the following permits prior to final Certificate of Occupancy: 1. Permit No. 12 102936 Dumpster Enclosure. 2. Permit No. 12 102935 Storm water retention structure.
