ABSTRACT
This research work was carried out to determine the influence of the
motivational factors of achievement in academic performance of students in
Accounting from the University Nstor Cceres Velsquez - Sub Sede Puno,
2012. The type of study was a quantitative explanatory cross-sectional
probability sample with size of 139 students, which made use of the M-L
instrument (achievement motivation), arriving at the following conclusions:
Most students of the professional academic career at the University
Accounting Nstor Cceres Velsquez Andean Sub denote a normal seat Puno
achievement motivation (60%).
denoted in the study (60%), interest (59%) and teachers' professional capacity
(58.3%),
Most students of the professional academic career at the University

weighted academic performance within the category "lower half", which refers

INTRODUCCIN
En el Per el sistema educativo presenta algunas deficiencias tpicas de
pases del tercer mundo, que se reflejan en la formacin deficiente del
estudiante a cualquier nivel; a pesar de la gravedad se evidencia poco inters
en resolver dicha situacin por los entes involucrados.
