Retail Management & Training Researched and put together a Business Plan to open a retail Coffee Shop. Developed processes/procedures and trained Coffee Shop employees for exceptional customer service. Managed payroll, purchasing, sales, budgets, P&L, and advertising for Custom Coffee. Took initiative to developed procedures for Lowes Genesis programs, store maps and cheat sheets to help myself and new employees perform our jobs better. Took initiative and developed processes for organizing top stock inventory-improved downstocking times and inventory management. Made the job faster and more accurate.
