Suggested Guidelines on Sequencing of Attunements and Activations
for Crystalline Rainbow Reiki Level 1 Practitioners
When I asked what activations would be the divine ideal ones I needed to do to
attune people as Crystalline Rainbow Reiki Level 1 Practitioners, I got that I
needed to transmit to them Part 1 of Unplugging from the Matrix, and then the first
two levels of Crystalline DNA Activation prior to attuning them as Crystalline
Rainbow Reiki Level 1 Practitioners.
When I asked what activations would be the divine ideal ones I needed to do to
attune people as Crystalline Rainbow Reiki Level 2 Master Practitioners, I got that
I needed to transmit to them Part 2 of Unplugging from the Matrix, and then the
first third of Crystalline DNA Activation prior to attuning them as Crystalline
Rainbow Reiki Level 1 Practitioners.
As a mastery gift of empowerment to Crystalline Rainbow Reiki Level 2 Master
Practitioners, I decided to not only attune them to transmit not only the Crystalline
Rainbow Reiki Level 1 Practitioner attunement but also both parts of the
Unplugging from the 3
rd
Dimensional Matrix series of activations as well as for the
first three levels of the Crystalline DNA Activations.
So when I got ready to create this manual for Crystalline Rainbow Reiki Level 2
Master Practitioners, I decided to organize the manual to follow the sequence of
activations that I received in meditation. I also created some additional vibrationally
encoded images to assist each of you in attuning people.
So the first part of this manual will focus on the Unplugging from the 3
rd

Dimensional Matrix series of activations; the second part of the manual will center
around the first three levels of Crystalline DNA Activations and I will conclude with
instructions as to how to attune people to become Crystalline Rainbow Reiki Level
1 Practitioners.

About the Unplugging from the 3
rd
Dimensional Matrix Activations
I am offering each Crystalline Rainbow Reiki Level I Practitioner a free gift of Part I of
rd
Dimensional Matrix. These series of powerful Unplugging from the
3D Matrix mastery activations are part of the heart-oriented approach to ascension I have
been downloading since the beginning of 2008. In order to move firmly into the Heart
Paradigm and build a new foundation there, each of us must untangle ourselves from the
mental/mind paradigm and unplug from the third dimensional matrix and web of
mass/duality consciousness. Each set of these powerful mastery activations help liberate
light-workers, healers and starseeds from being tied into the prevailing mass/duality
consciousness of humanity so that they can get their world service work out into the world.
I initially downloaded two mastery activations - one for Unplugging from the 3rd
Dimensional Matrix and another one for Healing the Mental/Mind Paradigm. When one of the
Practical Mastery practitioners was working with these two activations, she felt that there
were twelve to sixteen levels for each of these. When I looked at them I saw twelve levels
for each one so I went ahead and downloaded them. When I was meditating about the
different levels, I was shown that these two series of activations are like two sides of a coin.
A lot of people are held to the mental paradigm or the paradigm of the mind because they
are still plugged into the matrix and vice versa. The 3D matrix and the mental paradigm are
a very strong combination and they both hold humanity back from moving into the heart
paradigm. I got really strongly that people need to heal both areas in order to ground
solidly in the heart paradigm so I decided to combine both sets of activations in tandem
with each other.
I asked Nancy Walker, one of the most intuitively and psychically gifted Practical Mastery
practitioners to check the energies of these two lines of activations and give a brief
description of what she got when she connected energetically to the frequencies of these
transmissions and the images I created for them.

Unplugging from the 3D Matrix Part I
Nancy Walker's description of the first three levels of Unplugging from the 3D
Matrix: "Was aware of cords shooting out of my body and dissolving. Intense activity in my
heart chakra and sensed that a major clearing of our heart chakras is the focus of this level.
We cannot 'move' on if our hearts are still locked in density/fear. For me this was like a
movie where I watched both generic and particular emotional episodes clear. I was made
aware of where my own fears and illusions had held me back... I also realized that there is
no judgment about this, simply an opportunity for clearing. This went on for quite a while. I
was then placed in a tube of LIGHT and knew that I was being balanced and centered into
this new unplugged me. Incredible freeing experience."
Nancy Walker's description of the first three levels of Healing the Mental/Mind
Paradigm: "Very intense physical shift. Was enfolded by a Being of great enlightenment
and knew that as intense as this shift was, it was okay and in/for the highest good. Pressure
on my heart chakra, and then brilliant flares of Light as constraints of this dimension which
kept the heart subservient to the mind were released. As soon as this occurred, it was if my
inhalation went on for eons - so heavy were the illusions surrounding my heart. Then, this
released heart energy traveled upward to the mind. I actually FELT and HEARD my cranial
plates adjusting to accommodate this new influx of frequencies. This will allow my heart to
be a more than equal partner with the mind."

Unplugging from the 3D Matrix Part II (Prerequisite is receiving

Nancy Walker's description of the second set of three levels of Unplugging from
the 3D Matrix: "I imploded into my heart chakra where I followed historical, societal, and
illusory lines back in time. I saw where the veils first came into place and understood that
3D isn't our natural home. It is a place where we chose to learn, and it's time to move to
another level. This sounds so simplistic (and it is) but there is a lot of knowledge and truth
being transmitted to me while in my heart chakra. I watched as LIGHT cut these cords for
me and when they were all cut, I shot out of my heart and body and looked down on
myself. I was fascinated to see my heart Chakra swirl with liquid hues of
pink/mauves/lavenders. Very unlike 3D chakra colors. Within this activation lies the initial
clearing of eons of illusions. I feel much bigger and lighter and am so aware of my heart as
the place to live."
Nancy Walker's description of the second set of three levels of Healing the
Mental/Mind Paradigm: "This healing is a continuation of the first three levels, but on a
different level/dimension. Again, a very intense energetic experience. I watched as
bronze/gold convoluted tubules were cleared, closed, and dissolved. I realized that these
were society's constrictions (as opposed to individual) on the heart being of prime
importance. When my attention shifted to my mental body, I was astounded. There were
conglomerates of thought forms, each group swaying back and forth in its own dance. A
humming arose in my being and radiated outward to these forms, thinning them out,
lightening them. It seemed as if only those forms that resonated to the heart/love
frequency remained. I floated on this humming for what seemed a very long time, very
vaguely aware of my physicality, but absolutely captivated by the shimmering of this
humming sound. I was told that this is the beginning of being able to resonate with the
LOVE that holds this planet together."

Crystalline DNA Activations and Attunements
As Earth raises its vibration, human beings are being given many opportunities to raise their
vibration as well. One of the golden keys to individual ascension work is activating what
scientists call the "junk DNA" - which is the DNA that they have no clue as to what it does.
There are four levels of crystalline dna activation that people can bring in will dramatically
increase the number of active DNA strands. The four levels of the Crystalline DNA
Activations resonate with different colors - Blue, Violet, White and Gold. Most ascended
masters on this planet developed the first three levels of their crystalline DNA prior to their
ascension. Through an unprecedented act of divine grace human beings on this planet can
now begin to bring in the fourth and higher levels of the crystalline DNA for the first time in
thousands of years since the last huge fall in consciousness on the Earth plane.
I have been working with Metatron to download and activate all of these crystalline light
bodies in myself and he has asked me to begin to offer these for clients. I also asked him
for additional attunements for each level of the Crystalline DNA that can help people to
integrate these higher vibrations with ease and grace.
Crystalline DNA Activation, Level 1: Clearing, Activation and
Attunements
In this session, I transmit the first level of the Crystalline DNA clearing and activation to you
with three powerful attunements. This DNA activation session includes a clearing of
anything and everything that would adversely impact your ability to activate and integrate
the first level and the accompanying attunements. After the clearing is done, the activation
of the the first level of your Crystalline DNA will take place and between 5,000 to 10,000
strands of your DNA will be activated. Attunement 1 brings in a pink ray to clear out cellular
memory. Attunement 2 brings in a turquoise ray to clear out memories and trauma from
your emotional body. Attunement 3 brings in an indigo purple ray to clear and repair the
genetic codes for the DNA, RNA and ENA (ENA being the emotional level of the genetic
coding).
Crystalline DNA Level 2: Clearing, Activation and Attunements
In this session, I transmit the second level of the Crystalline DNA Activation and three
powerful attunements as well. This DNA activation session includes a clearing of anything
and everything that would adversely impact your ability to activate and integrate the second
level and the accompanying attunements. After the clearing is done, the activation of the
second level of your Crystalline DNA will take place and between 10,000 to 20,000 strands
of your DNA will be activated. Attunement 4 brings in a magenta ray to clear out the spaces
between the cells. Attunement 5 brings in a indigo/blue ray to clear out all of the four lower
energy bodies on a macro level (physical, etheric, emotional, mental). Attunement 6 brings
in an gold ray to fine-tune and make micro-adjustments to the clearing for the four lower
bodies.
Crystalline DNA Activation Level 3: Clearing, Activation and
Attunements
In this session, I transmit the third level of the Crystalline DNA Activation to you and three
powerful attunements. The third level of the Crystalline DNA Activation includes a clearing of
anything and everything that would adversely impact your ability to activate and integrate
this level of DNA Activation and the accompanying attunements. After the clearing is done,
the activation of the third level of your Crystalline DNA will take place and between 20,000
to 50,000 strands of your DNA will be activated. Attunement 7 brings in a fuchsia ray to
clear out past life data that block your smooth progression to enlightenment and mastery.
Attunement 8 brings in a gold ray from the central sun to restore the pristine blueprints for
the four lower bodies. Attunement 9 brings in a light blue aqua ray to soothe and
harmonize the mental body and holographic mind.

It is very simple to attune people to become Crystalline Rainbow Reiki
Level 1 Practitioners. You are basically transmitting the three profiles or
packages of energies to them that are listed below. To help you to
assimilate at the deepest possible levels the energies of these three
profiles, I created vibrationally encoded images for each one. I suggest
that you print off those images and look them over on a daily basis for
three weeks after you are attuned and you may want to look them over
prior to attuning other people.

A Little Bit About Me
My name is Bill Austin and I am a spiritual healer, teacher, artist, writer and visionary
living in St. Petersburg, FL in the United States. The first thirty years of my life were
fairly conventional. I grew up in a very stable and conservative family in central Virginia.
My father was a school teacher and my mother was a nurse who quit working when I
was born. I was the oldest of three children and have a younger brother and sister.
I am very bright and always did well in school. I graduated from William and Mary in
1983 with a degree in Economics and got a job with the federal government in
Washington, DC as an economist with the Bureau of Labor Statistics. After a few years
of working for Uncle Sam, I decided to enter law school in August of 1987 and
graduated from the University of Virginias School of Law in May of 1990.
During the month I began studying law at UVA, a very important event occurred on the
planet called Harmonic Convergence. During Harmonic Convergence humanity was
basically surveyed on the spiritual planes and asked, Do you want to ascend with
the planet or do you want to continue the lessons here on a different time space
continuum elsewhere? Much to the surprise of almost everyone, humanity chose to
ascend with the planet. This decision irrevocably changed the course of my life.
The first wave of mass awakening occurred in 1987. Many starseeds had their lives
totally rearranged in response to the collective decision made by humanity. When a
world chooses to ascend, many cosmic dispensations of grace occur for people who are
willing to help out. The first wave of awakening largely woke up the starseeds like me
who are highly evolved souls from other time space continuums that have incarnated on
Earth to assist humanity and the planet to ascend. Since 1987 millions of Indigo and
Crystalline Christ children have chosen to incarnate here as well and will change the
world in ways that most of us cannot envision at this time.
In 1987, I had no clue what the Harmonic Convergence was about. If someone had
told me about it, I probably would not have believed them at that time. It would have
sounded crazy and weird to me. But what happened to me was that law school no
longer served my highest good. I had several gentle wakeup calls that maybe I should
be doing something else with my life, but totally blew them off. I paid a large energetic
price for doing so. I am very tenacious and stubborn and stuck it out and graduated. I
was one of a handful of students at UVA to graduate without a job and developed
insomnia my second year because I was so stressed.
Up until that point I had lived a magical life. Everything I wanted came easily to me and
all that was taken away. I moved to Philadelphia and developed back problems and
then the legal job market there collapsed. I tried everything under the sun to heal my
insomnia and nothing worked. During the process of living with insomnia for over ten
years, I lost a lot of my faith in doctors and the medical establishment. I was in a really
bad place and nothing they did helped me. One of the main reasons I became a
