1.

If I assign one of my tasks to someone else I am concerned that the person wont do as good of a job as I would. I feel that I inspire other employees - I influence how they think, act, and accomplish goals. Problem-solving is serious business; it's not supposed to be fun or humorous. When confronted with a problem Ive never dealt with before, I research different ways in which I could solve it. When it comes to problem-solving, I prefer making use of previous experiences and applying a method or approach that has worked before. I am open to ideas that come to me when I am not working. I feel confident that others will accept my ideas and decisions. Managers must behave in a trustworthy way to set an example for employees.
