Points to Note 1. Digicel Roam Like Youre Home is available to BOTH Digicel Prepaid and Digicel Postpaid customers 2. The Plans allow Customers to be charged similar rates for services as if they were in St. Lucia, in accordance with these terms and conditions. 3. To use Roam Like Youre Home, customers must be roaming in the Digicel Caribbean Islands connected to Digicel network ONLY 4. Customers roaming are unable to participate in local promotions of use bonus credits on their account. These services are only available for use on your home network. 5. Digicel reserves the right to terminate the Roam Like Youre Home offer forthwith if in its sole opinion the Plans are being abused, such abuse to include but not be limited to, unreasonable levels of usage, reselling or attempts to resell the Data, whether on a commercial basis or otherwise, general abuse deemed as an attempt to undermine the integrity of Digicels network or services.

6. Digicel reserves the right to at any time, with or without notice, to vary or cancel the terms and conditions of its Roam Like Youre Home offer. In the event of Digicel giving notice to Customers of any such changes to or cancellation of the Service, it shall suffice for Digicel to give customers notice via messages to customers handset/device or to post such notification on Digicels website. Any such notification shall be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications. 7. Regular Digicel Prepaid and Digicel Postpaid terms and conditions apply. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions are in addition to any other terms and conditions of use of any of Digicels other services.
