Read the following conditions regarding this application for Title Only, a negotiable certificate of title without Texas registration: You must surrender the license plates and/or registration insignia if the vehicle displays current Texas or out-of-state license plates. w The following vehicles are not eligible for Title Only: Construction machinery (unconventional vehicles), water well drilling units and machinery used exclusively for drilling water wells, construction machinery not designed to transport persons or property, implements of husbandry and farm equipment (including combines), all-terrain vehicles, and slow moving vehicles. w Any vehicle with a suspended or revoked Texas title may not be issued a Title Only. Valid proof of military registration is attached.

A corrected title is required if the VI-30 was waived at the time of application.
