To access your training: 1. Go to http://www.gcoclinicaltrials.com and click the Sign On Now button.

2. Enter your new or existing Bracket username and password. a. Note: New passwords are not active until 20 minutes after receipt of the email.

3. Review the Warning Message and click OK if you accept.

4. If you have a new password you will be forced to change it. Be sure your new password meets the following security requirements:
- Must include at least one upper and one lower case character. - Must include at least one numeric character or special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*). - Must be at least 7 characters in length. - Cannot be any of the previous 8 passwords that were used. - Cannot contain more than 2 consecutive characters from your name or account name.

5. Under the Protocol Specific Training area, click here to access the training.

6. Review the Warning Message and click OK if you accept.

7. Click the title of the training you wish to complete.

8. To begin your training click on the first task bolded and highlighted in orange. Note: You must sign off after completing all tasks to be marked complete.

9. To navigate through your training use the forward and backward arrows in the upper right corner of you screen. If you are having trouble streaming the video, click on the Streaming button on the left side of the video player to progressively download the video.

10. After reviewing the content, you must enter your username and password to be marked as complete.

To print a course certificate: 1. Click the Certificates link and then the title of the Learning Plan.
