+rea?do#n o& the contro!!er po#er supp!y$ 1. ;hen s#itching on i& no screen is sho#n or there is no action the )%@ card or po#er supp!y may be bro?en do#n. %!ease chec? the po#er output is 24. 2. )hec?ing the upper red !ight o& the contro!!er to ma?e sure #hether it is on or not (upper side o& rac?). I& not it indicates no po#er output &rom the po#er supp!y. The po#er supp!y may be bro?en do#n. %!ease rep!ace the po#er supp!y. 3. 2pening the &!an? co"er chec?ing the '5V o& po#er p!ug is norma! or not by e!ectric mu!ti8tester (red$ '5 b!ac?$ C*A). The norma! output o& the po#er supp!y is '(.95 8 '5.1V. ;hen the output o& po#er supp!y is under (.9V then the contro!!er cou!d not be s#itched on or reset a&ter operating a #hi!e automatica!!y. %!ease rep!ace the po#er supp!y. (. I& the po#er p!ug cou!d not be measured you can measure the po#er p!ug o& the hard dis? (1ed and b!ac? #ire $ '5V) to see #hether the po#er output is norma! or not ('(.95 8 '5.1 V). +rea?do#n o& the monitor modu!e$ 1. "anish. The re!iabi!ity is "ery high and the brea?do#n rate is "ery !o#. It so!ders on the board direct!y. S1,6$ :a"ing memory &unction a&ter s#itch o&& the data is sti!! eDist. I& the battery brea?do#n occurs (the battery !i&e is 10 years) the data #i!! be !ost. It &iDes on 1,6/126 card. A2)$ It is >7,S: memory e<uipment o& high capacity. The characteristic o& the >7,S: is re#ritab!e no needing battery. It cou!d ?eep the data &ore"er but i& the sa"e times is too many the it may ha"e prob!em. (&iDed on the board) .

Ta?e o&& 1,6/126 card rep!ace the o!d A2) and put the ne# on. (. %ut bac? the )%@ card to the s!ot and connect a!! p!ugs. 5. Inspect the po#er #ire ?eyboard #ire ad monitor #ire is 24 or not. S-*T0) )*) I/2 brea?do#ns may ha"e the &o!!o#ing types$ inter&erence o& noise po#er brea?do#n %)+ brea?do#n and 1e!ay board brea?do#n. The detai!ed description are as be!o#$ Step 1. %o#er brea?do#n$ 107,-1 107,-2 and hard ?ey a!! need the po#er &rom po#er supp!y and #or? norma!!y. There&ore green !ights o& these 3 boards are not bright it may the prob!em o& the po#er supp!y. %!ease chec? that is there any #ire s!ac? brea?do#n o& the po#er supp!y or burnout o& the &use on the board. Step 2. Inspect the second board$ ;hen there is no any action on a!! o& I/2 p!ease chec? #hether the green !ights on the second board are bright or not. I& the po#er is norma! it may %I2 board brea?do#n p!ease rep!ace the %I2 card. Step 3. Inspect 107,-2$ I& the 3 ye!!o# !ights(A3. A39 A39) o& 107,-2 are not bright or no g!itter there is no any action on a!! I/2 it maybe %I2 card brea?do#n or 107,-2 brea?do#n. Step (. *oise inter&erence$ The contro!!er may ha"e some error actions due to noise inter&erence. S-*T0) )*) pro"ides the digita! &i!ter setting (parameter 15 setup "a!ue$ 0.3). The bigger o& the parameter setting "a!ue and stronger o& the noise de&ense abi!ity the s!o#er I/2 response re!ati"e!y. ;hen the parameter is set to 3 but the error action is sti!! eDist. It shou!d not be the prob!em o& noise inter&erence and #ou!d be not contact #e!! o& the contacting points on the #ires. %!ease chec? the re!ati"e #ires. Step 5. Input brea?do#n o& re!ay2 board$ There are some abnorma! actions on the input points o& 107,-2 it shou!d be the brea?do#n o& the 107,-2 board. %!ease rep!ace the 107,-2. Step /. 2utput brea?do#n o& the re!ay1 2 re!ay$ 1. The red !ight o& the 107,- board is bright but there is no any action on the output point o& the re!ay. It shou!d be the re!ay brea?do#n p!ease rep!ace the re!ay (spares parts) 2. The re!ay2 action pushed by the %I2 there&ore there is some abnorma! action on 107,- board. It may be brea?do#n o& %I2 I& the 2@T%@T point o& the diagnosis &rame is FonE but the corresponding re!ay board is not bright it shou!d be %I2 brea?do#n. %!ease rep!ace the %I2.
