1. Tell participants to mingle in the room, to talk with as many participants as possible, necessary
asking their name, role and something related with their experiences.
Instructions:
2. After a few minutes, tell participants to group themselves according to some of their common □ Individual
experiences and to prepare to perform a role-play or a skit to illustrate to the group their common □ Team

3. Allow some time for preparation.
Leading:
4. Ask groups to perform consequently their role-play or skit. □ Trainer
5. Lead a discussion either at the end of each performance or at the end of all performances. ● Participant
