The Pandemic H1N1 Flu & Martial Law

The H1N1 flu started to spread greatly in early 2009 from Mexico and into America. Later, it spread
into the world. It has been spreading into Europe, Asia, and other locations globally. The deal is that
H1N1 has killed thousands, but it hasn't been on epidemic levels (it's below the deaths from yearly
influenza flu levels). Any death in this flu virus should be sympathize over though. Now, the United
Nations and the United States government still have plans for internment, forced vaccinations, and
other authoritarian policies still. The government faced a similar swine flu virus in
1976. There were cases back then that existed among soldiers at Fort Dix, N.J. One person died.
This made health officials worried that they could be facing a deadly pandemic on the scale of the
influenza pandemic that killed millions in 1918 and 1919 (throughout the Earth). Therefore, Federal
officials vaccinated 40 million Americans via a national campaign back in the 1970‘s. No pandemic
came about. Yet, thousands of people who got the shots filed injury claims. The reason was that the
victims of the shots believed that they have suffered a paralyzing condition called Guillain-Barre
Syndrome or other side effects. Guillain-Barre Syndrome is a killer nerve disease. "The government
paid out quite a bit of money," said Stephen Sugarman, a law professor who specializes in product
liability at the University of California at Berkeley. Vaccines aren't as profitable as other drugs for
manufacturers, and without protection against lawsuits "they're saying, 'Do we need this?'"
Sugarman said. Paul Pennock is a prominent New York plaintiffs attorney on medical liability
cases. He rejects the move to protect makers of a swine flu today in 2009 with an immunity clause.
He believes that the government will likely call on millions of Americans to get the vaccinations to
prevent the disease form spreading. "If you're going to ask people to do this for the common good,
then let's make sure for the common good that these people will be taken care of if something goes
wrong," Pennock said. People have a right to sue the government if the
government forcibly makes a policy to force people to have a specific
dangerous form of vaccinations. Forced vaccinations are evil like always.

There are secret things to the swine flu virus that some aren't reporting. The main ingredient in the
GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis vaccines (or the swine flu vaccines) contain a live virus. This is an
attenuated virus or a weakened form of the swine flu virus. Attenuated vaccines can be deadly and
can cause virus shedding when a person is injected with an attenuated live virus. The virus can infect
the host and exit the body. This virus shedding can last for weeks. Therefore, why would anyone want
to be given this vaccine at all? Millions of children are going to be involuntarily vaccinated in this
coming fall. This shedding H1N1 could negatively effect millions of people. Both Novartis and GSK
vaccines contain MF59. MF59 is a squalene-based adjuvant that when combined with a live
attenuated virus becomes many times more potent and deadly. GlaxoSmithKline’s version of swine flu
vaccine has been confirmed to contain Thimerosal, which is a preservative for vaccines mainly
composed of the highly toxic substance of mercury. Mercury is the 2nd most toxic metal on the planet
and is known to cause autism and other neural injuries in children. The vaccine also contains
formaldehyde, which is a cancer-causing chemical most commonly used for embalming dead bodies
for preservation. So, poisons are in these swine flu vaccines. This is a swine flu scare to not only
benefit influenza vaccine makers economically. It also is exploited for some individuals want to
involuntarily vaccinate millions of Americans. It's a justification that Homeland Security, BATF, FBI,
U.S. Marshals, U.S Military, etc. are using to discuss plans to assist civilian authorities to enforce
mandatory vaccinations (or even involuntarily quarantines of large portions of the U.S. population)
especially during the time of a declared martial law. Vaccine Teams possibly can be visiting private
homes looking for children (if the health care bill passes and these vaccine teams are found in the
health care bill) that haven’t been vaccinated, all of these events just might be right around the corner.

On July 30, 2009, CNN reported that the U.S. military is gearing up to get
involved in the H1N1 swine flu outbreak promised to strike later this year.
“The U.S. military wants to establish regional teams of military personnel to
assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1
virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials,” a proposal that is
currently on the desk of Sec. Def. Robert Gates, according to CNN. “As a first
step, Gates is being asked to sign a so-called ‘execution order’ that would
authorize the military to begin to conduct the detailed planning to execute the
proposed plan.” So, the military wants to round up people if the H1N1 reaches
crisis levels against the American people. The paranoia about this virus have
made these extremist proposals a reality. The swine flu is a exaggeration indeed.
President Barack Obama is planning on bringing billions of dollars to spend on the exaggerated H1N1
pandemic (and sending a group of antibiotics, chemicals antidotes, and antitoxins purchased from
taxpayers via the Strategic National Stockpile or the SNS). This is nothing new. During the George W.
Bush administration, Defense Secretary Donald Rumseld announced back years ago that he’d
budgeted more than $1 billion to stockpile the vaccine Oseltamivir (sold under the name Tamiflu).
Bush urged Congress to appropriate another $2 billion for Tamiflu stocks. Ironically, Rumsfeld was the
chairman of the pharmaceutical company of Gilead Sciences. “Since the outbreak of Swine Flu Panic
(not Swine Flu but Swine Flu Panic) sales of Tamiflu as well as any and every possible drug marketed
as flu related have exploded. Wall Street firms have rushed to issue ‘buy’ recommendations for the
company,” writes F. William Engdahl. Big Pharma stand to economically gain from the H1N1
hysteria. Gilead Sciences held exclusive world patent rights to Tamiflu. The H1N1 scare is being
exploited by the U.N., the federal government, vaccine companies, and the media to promote
dangerous vaccines plus more control our society into a militarized state. Not to mention that the
GlaxoSmithKline and Novartis vaccines contain a LIVE VIRUS from a weakened form of the swine flu
virus. The H1N1 vaccination program in the UK has mercury, which is a toxin and the dangerous
ingredient squalene (which have been linked to the Gulf War Syndrome and other debilitating
diseases).

Not all health care bills are right. The Massachusetts Senate earlier this year passed unanimously the
pandemic and disaster preparation bill or S. 2028. This has caused widespread criticism as citizens
oppose it passage in the commonwealth's House of Representatives. Michael Adams from Natural
News.com believes that Massachusetts can become a medical police state under this bill. Adams said
that the bill will violate the rights of the citizens of Massachusetts and they are the property of the state
if this bill becomes law. The bill does have controversial, unconstitutional, and alarming provisions.
The bill mentions that in an emergency that is declared by the governor, the statue gives the health
commissioner (and law enforcement medical personnel) broad authority to mobilize forces, vaccinate
the population, enter private property with no warrants, and even quarantine people against their will.
There are severe penalties in the legislation (which is $1,000 fine per day and possible jail time for not
complying with state orders while also claiming to shield everyone involved in the vaccination program
from liability). It gives local health authorities the power to restrict or end assemblages of persons. It
gives the government via agent the power to: “arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer
has probable cause to believe has violated an order” while using “reasonable diligence to enforce
such order.” Also, law-enforcement authorities “shall assist” medical personnel in the “involuntary
transportation” of people to “treatment centers.” People are given the right to refuse the H1N1
vaccination (in that MA bill), but the people who do it are isolated or quarantined. So, that bill ought to
be opposed and rejected. H1N1 is shown to be exaggerated as it is.
Research proves that the Knights of Malta and the military industry complex have been
caught promoting dangerous vaccine or even using dangerous chemicals against
innocent human beings. The Nazi were key people in testing viruses and doing harm
against innocent human beings. The Nazis utilized fluoridation in water supply to
decrease the intelligence of their victims and we have fluoridation of most of the
America’s water supply. The Nazis tested dangerous vaccinations against people as
well. One of the biggest criminals in performing sick experiments against people was
Josef Mengele. By 1943, he was the medical commandant of Auschwitz. Otmar
Verschuer’s assistant was Josef Mengele. Verschuer (he was the wartime
director of Rockefeller’s Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Anthropology, Eugenics,
and Human Heredity in Berlin) for Mengele’s experiments at Auschwitz from
the German Research Council. Mengele researched on twins, he used needles injected into
eyes for work on eye colors, he sterilized women, he castrated males, and he murdered others in
grotesque ways. He was certainly a Satanic individual. Some vaccines have been compared to a
chemical holocaust by some. The same companies that did evil medical experiments against Jewish
people during the Holocaust are promoting the vaccines that have literally killed people. Some
chemotherapy drugs that are used in cancer centers today were originally created under the chemical
weapons programs of Nazi Germany. One Company doing this was Bayer. Bayer had a 10
year Chairman until 1961 who was a convicted Nazi war criminal named Dr. Fritz ter
Meer. He was the director of IG Farben. He developed the nerve gas Zyklon-B which
murdered millions of Jews, sentenced for 7 years in prison, and he was released after 4
years. This was done via the intervention of Rockefeller and John J. Cloy (who was the U.S.
Commissioner for Germany). Fritz was unrepentant of being guilty of genocide and crimes and
humanity. Frit ter Meer was the architect of the modern CAC or the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
Codex Alimentarius, the “world food code” is a joint agency of the World Health
Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) — two primary
UN organizations. Codex Alimentarius (another architect of this agenda was the former
Nazi named Hermann Schmitz. He was found guilty for being the President of I.G.
Farben that created chemical weapons like the gas used to exterminate innocent human
beings) deals with the agenda of allow Big Pharma to control and even restrict how
vitamins, supplements, and other natural foods are spread in trade, etc. The WTO even
has a standard on vitamins and minerals. Critics of Codex accuse the Codex of
classifying nutrients as poisons. This policy is against competition and health freedom
among human beings (in order for pharmaceutical companies to control our
health). We should use natural health products indeed. Mandatory vaccinations and
Nazi war crimes deal with the evil philosophy of using undue power and control over
the people. Government power over (and suppressing) people's freedoms is fascism
(whether it's by a number tattoo ID or mandatory vaccinations). Big Pharma have
done immoral human guinea pig tests for decades worldwide. People already know that
Big Pharma does monopolistic behavior, greed, fraud, etc. In fact, takers of the swine flu vaccine are
unwittingly taking part in the largest global medical experiment ever conducted. The results of that
experiment won’t be known for many years, but they will almost certainly include neurological

scientists worked in Nazi and Area 51 to develop anti-gravitational advanced technology via
the help of CFR-represented corporation of GE & Lockheed Martin). These Malthusians hate
the poor, hate the homeless, and hate anyone rejecting their nefarious agenda. The same lie of
eugenics and the philosophy of Malthusianism still influence the globalists now in the 21st century.
*Nurses are planning to rally to protest the mandatory swine flu shot. Albany nurses
and other health professionals are planning to stage a rally next week to protest a state
regulation that mandates they will lose their jobs if they refuse to take the swine flu
shot. This comes as people fear the dangerous ingredients in the vaccines as the
government plans on forcibly inoculating some people with the H1N1 jab. Claire in
Albany despite having minimal contact with hospital staff was told to get the seasonal flu
shot on the spot or be fired. She was given the same procedure would be in place for the
swine flue shot as told in the NY State Department of Health's emergency regulation issued
in August. So, nurses are protesting this process of mandatory vaccination. These vaccine
have the dangerous chemicals of mercury, squalene, and other destructive additives.
Mercury is tied to autism and other neurological disorders. Squalene have been directly
linked with cases of the Gulf War Syndrome and other debilitating diseases. “This
vaccine has not been clinically tested to the same degree as the regular flu vaccine,” said
Tara Accavallo, a registered nurse in Stony Brook’s neonatal intensive care unit, the
division that has produced a number of protesters. “If something happens to me, if I get
seriously injured from this vaccine, who’s going to help me?” Accavallo is determined to
lose her job if necessary after her protests. Since October 5, 2009 on Monday, healthcare
workers are getting the swine flu vaccines in the United States. According to Reuters, the
U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that the first doses of the H1N1 swine
flue vaccine would arrive in other places on Tuesday (being administrated by AstraZeneca
unit MedImmune’s nasal spray). The U.S. government ordered about 250 million doses to be
given into the American public.
Some doctors fear that the FluMist vaccine (in the form of a nasal spray) could
spread live H1N1 virus. The reason is that the vaccine contains the live H1N1 virus
that is different from the inject able shot that contains antibodies. According to
TheDenverChannel.com , hospitals in Colorado and in other locations are shunning
the FluMist H1N1 since there are fears that it could infect people with weakened
immune systems (and other underlying health conditions). This is wild since isn’t
the purpose of the vaccine was to help people who could potentially receive the
H1N1 virus. Lois VanFleet, infection prevention specialist at Exempla Good
Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, expressed concern that doctors and nurses
who inhaled the live virus could infect patients whose immune systems are
compromised. This live virus in the nasal spray is being shown this week in drive
through clinics nationwide when it can spread into the public. That can make the
pandemic more wide potentially. If you take the H1N1 FluMist, you will in fact become
a carrier of the H1N1 flu. Information on this drug states that you can and will shed the
virus for up to 21 days. Big Pharma’s Baxter International is one pharmaceutical
company developing the nasal spray vaccine. Baxter International was caught in
early 2009 of releasing batches of vaccines from a lab in Austria that were
contaminated live bird flu virus, otherwise known as H5N1. The government is trying
to use the swine flu to further control people in immoral way. The Flu.gov website says that
some airports will check your temperature, review symptoms of H1N1 swine flu, give an
address, etc. This will be done toward people travelers from America arriving in other
nations. If you have cold, you may take a rapid flu test with a nasal swab sample, etc. This is
authoritarian control over society. So, people have the individual freedom to reject H1N1
vaccines. If you don’t fight for the truth, then tyranny will come.

Recently, President Barack Obama declared the 2009 H1N1 swine flu a national
emergency. People aren’t clear whether this declaration is under the National
Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601-1651). The national Emergencies Act was
passed in 1976. It was extended 6 times. Now, the NSPD-51 (or the National Security
Presidential Directive 51) gave the President the authority to do whatever he deems
necessary in a vaguely defined as “catastrophic emergency” including everything from
canceling elections to suspending the Constitution. The President Directive 51 was
signed by ex-President George W. Bush. It creates continuity of the federal government
(or a shadow government) when a “catastrophic emergency” is declared. In January,
the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act (HR 645) was introduced in
Congress. It calls for the establishment of six national emergency centers in major
regions in the US to be located on existing military installations to be used to
quarantine people in the case of a public health emergency or forced vaccination
program. HR 645 remains in committee. The H1N1 “crisis” is a manufactured crisis. As
noted earlier today, a CBS investigative report reveals that H1N1 flu cases are not as
prevalent as we are told by the government, the CDC, WHO, and the corporate media.
The so-called epidemic is bogus. Some in the government wants the dangerous H1N1
vaccine to exist. Hopefully, forced vaccinations won’t occur and people aren’t interned into
camps if they refuse to receive it.

The American Police Force & Proposed Global Cops

The American Police Force is not a police agency at all. They are a mysterious
paramilitary group that tried to perform law enforcement duties in a Montana
town called Hardin. That’s illegal since that is against Posse Comitatus states that
the military and private paramilitary organizations have no right to perform law
enforcement duties toward American citizens. The APF desired to head up the
$27 million dollar detention center or modern concentration camp in Hardin and
expend their presence across the country. These strange acts including using
decals on SUVs that read “Hardin Police Department” have caused the Attorney
General of Montana Steve Bullock to order an investigation of the APF. He wants
their documents sent to him. The American Police Force have been accused of
being linked covertly to the disgrace military group of Blackwater (who now calls
themselves Xe). Blackwater responded that the American Police Force illegally
used their logs and material. They are considering legal action against the APF.
The mercenary group of Blackwater has been used in Louisiana during Hurricane
Katrina and on the USA/Mexican border, which is all illegal. Michael Hilton
commented that The American Police Force of having multiple defense contracts
with the U.S. government and other agencies. APF founder “Captain” Michael
Hilton is a career criminal and a convicted fraudster who has operated under no
less than 17 different aliases. Hilton, a native of Montenegro, was sentenced to 6
years in jail in 1993 for “Such schemes you cannot believe,” according to Joseph
Carella, an Orange County, Calif. doctor, namely a dozen counts of grand theft.
Hilton has defrauded numerous different individuals to the tune of $1.1 million
dollars over the past 20 years.

Secret Clauses in the DHS documents and other portions of the federal government
call for martial law in certain circumstances. There has been drills going on in
residential areas of the military fulfilling martial law duties. These authoritarian
methods of control in our land have been glamorized with movies and especially
with the existence of SWAT Teams.
Now, the APF is changing its name, logo, and website to diffuse the APF’s plan of
building another facility in Hardin could be doomed. Even the government of
Serbia threaten a lawsuit against the APF of using a near copy of the Serbian Coat
of Arms. The logo is the double headed eagle, which isn’t original. It means
equilibrium, authoritarian government or imperial power (like the old Holy Roman
Empire. The EU is similar to the Roman Empire), etc. The APF’s new name is the
American Private Police Force. Hilton and APF are doing damage control in order
to prevent their organization from collapsing. Hilton still wants to give Hardin
$250,000 per year in patrolling the streets of America. A private paramilitary
group has no business involved in the law enforcement processes of our
government at all. A private police force used against American citizens is clearly
unconstitutional. The pro-new world order crowd desires private military forces to
control our lives and APF is an example of that.
There has been recent legislation that try to promote the creation of
concentration camps to detain U.S. citizens in the case of an uprising or civil
unrest in America via HR 645. All of the time, legitimate political dissent is being
margalnized by some in the government via DHS documents as equivalent to
terrorism (along with the continuity of government shadow government plans that
President George W. Bush started up). “Camp FEMA” is a new film that exposes
the reality of demonizing of Patriots and the risks of FEMA Camps being built in
America. William Lewis created the film. These same concentration camps were
used against innocent Japanese, Italian, German, and other Americans during the
time of World War Two. The bigger picture is that these camps, fusion centers (or
spy centers), Northcom trying to carry out law enforcement actions in the USA
(which is 100% illegal) cameras, and other surveillance devices in the West are
utilized in a control grid in other to further control people. The militarization of
the police and troops sent into our land in a law enforcement capability are real
threats in America. I’m glad to live in this day and age, but it’s all the
responsibility to fight for the truth.

Pittsburgh was a staging ground for police state policies. Public Safety Director
Michael Huss told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that: “…We spent months getting
ready for this and it was a lot of preparation, but we’ll see the dividends of that for a
long time to come…” The training involved hundreds of police officers. Pittsburgh
was experimented on like in a beta test in order to promote further militarization of
American society. The militarized local police in some places looking like storm
troopers is definitely immoral in my eyes.
G20 meetings have existing in 2009 in Pittsburgh, PA. Protesters came to oppose
policies in the G20 from the war on terror to globalization. It's been easily
discovered that G20 police and the military savagely attacked peaceful protesters
in Pittsburgh Park. This has been confirmed by many sources like the reporter
Rob Dew. According to Jason Bermas, the police and the military attacked
peaceful protesters in a Pittsburg park. The police and the military cracked
heads with billy clubs, deployed LRAD sound cannons, and shoot rubber
bullets in close range. Rob Dew was arrested in the chaos. Even in 2007, the
police in Pittsburgh used armored rotating roof hatch and gun ports (in order to
respond to crimes and violence. Homeland Security money in the form of
$250,000 was paid to fund a armored vehicle). So, Homeland Security is funding
the militarization of society in Pittsburgh and nationwide. Even some of the
stimulus money was used in cities to fund surveillance camera systems building
up the police state (with “non-lethal” weapons that are being used against
citizens). The deal was that about 200 to 300 peaceful protesters came at
Schenley Park for a demonstration. Yet, they were assaulted by a busloads of riot
cops and military units that came upon the scene. Bermas stated that the police
were aggressively charging the protesters and cracking them in the head with
billy clubs. They shot rubber bullets at them in close range, which can kill people
like it did in the past. The police used LRAD sound cannons to disperse the
protesters, but these weapons were used against insurgents in Iraq and
Afghanistan. This is the first time in Pittsburgh that such weapons have been used
against American citizens in public. Bermas said that the scene was like a movie
when police tried to block the whole park and catch every protester. They
wanted violence to do so. “Everyone was just sort of standing around spectating.
No one was really having an adamant protest. It was just a bunch of college kids,”
witness Ben Balik told The Pittsburgh Channel. At the end of the police brutality,
half of the protesters were arrested like Rob Dew and probably We are Change
leader Luke Rudkowski. “Varun Viswanathan, a Pitt sophomore, said he saw a
police officer hitting one individual, reports Pitt News. “I think they completely
use unnecessary force on us,” he said. “They have no right to do that.” Egler
exposed the police as trying to scare people. The barbaric act of the police in
Pittsburgh proves that police brutality is an epidemic in America. Pitt Senior said
that the police action was crazy. This evil police behavior at the G20 meeting have been
widely condemned as unwarranted. Some of the police wanted to provoke the
demonstrators. “The deployment of police seems to be more geared toward
suppressing lawful demonstrations than actually preventing crime,” Witold
Walczak, legal director of the ACLU of Pennsylvania, told the Associated Press.
Paige Cram who is a spokeswoman for the liberal legal aid group of the National
Lawyers Guild said that the legal observers saw police chasing, arresting, etc. students
who weren't involved in the protest. A Youtube video proved that Pitt students briefly
trapped on outdoor stairwell of a campus building. They were exposed to gaseous
pepper spray and they were allowed to move, because riot police were blocking the bottom
and the top of the stairs.
There is information about a Waco enforcer and cover up artist promoting a global police
force in the world. His name is Ronald K. Noble. He is called the Enforcer. Noble worked
with Chinese authorities to police the Communist nation for major national events. As
Undersecretary for Enforcement of the United States Department of the Treasury, Noble
whitewashing the actions of the BATF following the federal government’s murderous siege
on the Branch Dravidian compound at Waco which killed 76 people including more than 20
children and two pregnant women in April 1993. Noble approved the raid. He ignored the
eyewitness testimony (including photographic evidence plus video evidence) of how
a BATF helicopter firebombed the Waco church during the siege. He also ignored
David Koresh’s July 1992 invitation to the BATF to inspect the Waco compound, which if it
had gone ahead could have prevented the siege and the murder of 76 innocent people
altogether. “During the hearing, Friend-of-Bill Webster Hubbell denied repeatedly that he
and Clinton had discussed the Waco situation informally, and improperly. However, an
Associated Press article claimed Hubbell had revealed he was giving Clinton updates on
Waco. And House staffers discovered a memorandum in which then-Treasury official Ron
Noble asserted Hubbell would take the matter up with Clinton if the Treasury Department’s
review did not downplay BATF errors. Clearly, Noble condones covering up government
crimes against citizens,” writes Moore. The New York Times reported on how Interpol and
the United Nations want to work together in a partnership to jointly create a global police
force. This force will act as peacekeepers among "rogue nations" driven by war and
organized crime. This force wants to have access to a worldwide database of DNA,
biometric, and fingerprint records. So, a plan for a global police force is real. The
centralization of law enforcement into a global body is a key element of the global
government or new world order system. Waco accomplice former Attorney General Janet
Reno picked Noble to be the Secretary General at Interpol. During his September 2005
secretary general re-election acceptance speech in Berlin, Noble attributed Interpol’s
‘rebirth’ to the events of 9/11, saying that the terrorist attacks allowed the organization to go
from being treated as largely irrelevant to setting it on the path to becoming an international
police force. Noble wants a global database. With Interpol using facial scans, etc. that can
arrest every citizen with a violation of national sovereignty if they had their way totally.
Global cops don't promote the Constitution necessary. It's a time now when we see the
proposal of global cops in the world. It's all of the more reason to expose such things.

The big picture is that the federal government has been taken over by a bunch of
corporate elitists. The Pentagon and the Department of Homeland Security are
federalizing the police and are working with domestic police forces as law
enforcement agents (which is a violation of Posse Comitatus). These people actively
are trying to constrain the rights found in the Bill of Rights and Constitution (via
checkpoints, SWAT units targeting innocent people at times, police brutality in
epidemic levels even with the existence of cameras, etc.). We know what time it is.
