Overall, SP 2014 and On-campus Migration - 08/16/2013

The chart data represents: SP A 2013 SP B 2013 SU 81 2013 SU A 2013 SU B 2013 FA 2013 FA 81 2013 FA A 2013 FA B 2013 SP 2014 SU 2014 On-campus courses LEAD Info Literacy

Its unofficial (until the last quality check) but safe to say that we are 100% complete with the migration of courses. Wow! The PATHe project (not included in the above count) is 90% complete, and includes the migration of approximately 140 Canvas courses to -61 shells. Many thanks to the migration team, the eLearning staff and the program deans who migrated courses as well. The collective effort resulted in great success for this project and for Champlain College.

On-campus Migration

The weekly reminders to instructors about Canvas training options will continue into September. For example, we will offer a mini-series of one-to-one trainings for gradebook tune ups. After a few assignments are graded and entered in the gradebook, error messages may display or odd percentages show up in assignment groups. These could be signs that the assignment settings are incorrect. Our help sessions will give instructors an opportunity to correct any errors early in the semester so they wont affect final grades. The sessions below will be held in our NEW location: second floor of Foster Hall (next to the library).
