or write us at Circle office address mentioned above on the first page (Working Hours 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday) with complaint docket number.

The appeal form (optional) is available at our website www.aircel.com and at our office/retail outlets.

4. To Register, Deregister or Choose your Preference for receiving commercial communication, please call at 1909 (toll free from your AIRCEL mobile).
5. Change of Address: To change your billing address in our records, visit your nearest Aircel showrooms with a written request and a valid proof for the new address.
6. Late Payment: Paying your bills on time would ensure a good credit rating and uninterrupted service. You are requested to make the payments by the Due Date to ensure that you are

not levied any late fee charges. Late payment Charges Rs. 25/- or 2% (whichever is higher) is applicable on non-payment of Bill after Due Date.

7. Credit Limit is at the sole discretion of the Dishnet Wireless Limited (Subject to your Security Deposit and other factors), your Credit Limit is just an indicator of your monthly
usage and in theevents your usage exceeds the given credit limit you would be required to pay for all calls and service obtained in the interim, even beyond the stated limit.

8. No migration fee is chargeable for migration to any Bill Plan.

9. Aircel Limited shall not increase any item of the tariff for a period of 6 months from the date of enrolment under a tariff plan.

10. No charge will be levied for any service without your explicit consent.
11. In case of permanent disconnection your security deposit will be refunded within 60 days of disconnection, failing you shall be paid an interest at the rate of 10% per annum.

12. Each SMS is of maximum 160 characters (i.e. including blank space, words, numbers, special characters, symbols etc.) and any message beyond 160 characters shall be considered as
two(2) or more SMS ( as the case may be), and the Subscriber shall be charged for each SMS separately.

13. Cash payment SHOULD NOT be send by mail or Dropped in the Cheque collection boxes. Please make cash payments at any of our Aircel Showroom.
14. Roaming Calls may be updated in your Future bills.
